Everytime I come to this bank most of the time there is no line. That makes me very happy. I can maneuver through the bank quickly without waiting too long. They usually have 2 -3 tellers at all times which makes the line moves fast. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Parking can be difficult at times due to so many businesses in the same lot.

No service no real staff. Why does anyone bank at chase? Founder is the one that was so cheap that the titanic sank. Is that who you going to trust with your things? JP Morgan is a criminal enterprise.

Nice bank assistant in person. But I couldn't get a simple notary service no matter how I tried! You can't get thru on the phone to any branches and when you try to make an appointment online, there is no option for a notary even though it's supposed to be free for Chase clients. Had to pay a private notary finally $35.00 for the service! Not happy!

Horrible customer service . I waited for an hour to open a business account and not once did anyone at the branch even approach me to ask if I needed any assistance. Then when we went up to the teller she said please wait then went to the bank and never came back. Guess it was a sign from God not to trust this bank with my money.

Hello, for the second time I went into this Chase Branch for help regarding my chase account and once again Eric Yi went out his way again to help me out. Does an outstanding job on making sure he gathers all of your information before he intends to help you, he's very patient. Just want to thank Eric Yi for his help and I would highly recommend this gentleman as your representative.

These people are horrible i opened a account for my business and then THEY forget to have me sign some paperwork and now i cant even access my account and its in the negative even though i cant deposit in to the account or use it.

No one answered the phone on Friday morning!!! I called over 12 TIMES to schedule an appointment to speak with business services. The phone answer machine comes on. You cannot leave a number for callback and no one answers the call. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE!!

I recently asked Chase to waive a $34.00 insufficient funds fee for a recurring monthly payment of $9.99. I asked via email to get approval from a manager to waive the $34.00 charge and that it would be greatly appreciated if they could do that. I'm on an extremely tight budget these days and every penny counts. I requested them via email to ask a manager to approve this twice. I have been long time customer with Chase since 2013. Doing an audit of my own checking account. I realized that I had been charged a total $1,120 in various fees since 2013 according to my calculations. I thought that it would only be fair with all the fees they have collected since 2013 to waive a small amount of $34.00. Chase needs to realize that keeping a long term customer is more important than making $34 in fees. Chase denied my request to waive the fees for $34 and thats why I'm giving Chase a one star rating.

SCAM ALERT!!! These ATMS have crazy hidden fees. I used them to look at my balance last night (no withdrawl) and they charged me three separate $1 fees. When I called to dispute it they told me I would have to file a fraud claim and cannot help me. DO NOT USE THESE ATMS. THE MANAGERS ARE VERY UNHELPFUL
