THERE’S A REASON THIS PLACE HAS MORE 1STAR RATINGS THAN ANY OTHER RATING!!
Believe them!! Go ANYWHERE but here!
They should probrably start by demoting the manager KIM.
Horrible horrible customer service skills
What a horrible representation of a bank institution.

I like the interior atmosphere machines they have inside and you have to tap your card to get inside. It seems safe to go in here instead of outside atmosphere machines.

You might as well close this branch. They will not answer phone. They will not give service unless you deal with a laborious on line request. Why take up space? Wells Fargo at least answers their phone.

Bank opens at 9am, I arrived at 9:08. I wanted to make an account and the associate told me there are “two people available to help me, but they won’t be available until 10am”. Keep in mind there is only one customer in the bank being assisted besides myself. I took my lunch break early in order to get this taken care of and now I have to come back later. I will not be returning to this location though. Completely ruined my schedule for the day with this absurd occurrence.

Booked a phone meeting with Araz Bardakjian and he never called. Incredibly unprofessional and a waste of my time.

No tellers! no service ! Cannot do a simple in person transaction! ATM ONLY... and whatever they do in the little glass offices. If I was placing bets, I would wager the odds are in favor of this branch closing soon.

Umm.. this isn't really a bank. Maybe a bank of atm machines? I'll be going to the Washington/Allen location from now on

Disappointed with this new Chase Bank configuration. There are no tellers and the one person who does work here was unable to assist me with making a deposit directly into my business account. For security reasons I don't carry a debit card for that account; the only way to deposit or withdrawal in this branch is with a debit card through their automated teller. I know this is some sort of experiment on the part of Chase, but this experiment is far from successful, from my point of view.

This Chase Branch has been completely renovated, including the elimination of all bank tellers. I went in yesterday to make a cash deposit into my business account and was a little disoriented when I entered the branch.

This Chase branch is the worst I have ever dealt with. They always have an excuse for not providing ths service I need. The teller is down always!

I waited in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the window I needed additional information I left in the car. I went back in and waiting in line for another 10 minutes. I got to the window and they said I have to sit and wait for a banker. I was doing a wire transfer and the other teller was going to process with no issues. I spoke with Amanda the branch manager and in a condescending way she said I need to wait I explained I have waiting in total foe 40 minutes and needed to pick up my 5 year old from school. She said there was nothing she can do. Her tone and the way she acted was inappropriate and I would never go back to that Branch again.

I recently asked Chase to waive a $34.00 insufficient funds fee for a recurring monthly payment of $9.99. I asked via email to get approval from a manager to waive the $34.00 charge and that it would be greatly appreciated if they could do that. I'm on an extremely tight budget these days and every penny counts. I requested them via email to ask a manager to approve this twice. I have been long time customer with Chase since 2013. Doing an audit of my own checking account. I realized that I had been charged a total $1,120 in various fees since 2013 according to my calculations. I thought that it would only be fair with all the fees they have collected since 2013 to waive a small amount of $34.00. Chase needs to realize that keeping a long term customer is more important than making $34 in fees. Chase denied my request to waive the fees for $34 and thats why I'm giving Chase a one star rating.

One of the worst Chase banks that I have been to. Zero customer service. Avoid at all cost. Instead of depositing the check that was not done through electronically , they sent me to call 1800 number. This is after we were told to go to the branch to deposit it. Now we have to wait over the weekend 5o resolve this issue.

Tried to open a business account at this branch with bonus incentive. The personal banker provided us incorrect information when we opened the account so at the end we did not get our bonus due to her incorrect information to meet the requirement. She was also very difficult to contact. We called multiple times and we only got 1 response back through voice mail. The bank claimed they called us other times but they lied about this too. We never received the calls and our phone log from t mobile did not show any calls from this branch (or any other chase) on the dates they claimed they called. Overall a very bad experience with this branch. Manager was very defensive when we explained our issue and kept denying any faults from her staff. Stay away from this location.

Came in today to put my wife on my account . I thought it would be this long drawn out process, quite the contrary. The entire process took maybe 5 to 10 minutes , Shant one of the relationship Bankers helped us out. He was nice and helpful offered up a business card for any further inquiries and gave us some tips on balance transfers for future reference. I would recommend him to anyone with in depth questions.
