Terrible service. Used my $1 off per gallon discount from my rewards program to pump $20. Decided I wanted to pump $40 instead and they could only do $0.10 off! They tried to fix it but it only made it worse and they were only able to do $0.05 off. Worst service. Just don’t go here.

The gas station is supposed to be open 24 hours. It isn't. It was locked up at 12:37 pm! I saw someone inside and knocked on the window because I needed a receipt but they ignored me. The pump didn't give out receipts either. I highly encourage everyone to use other gas stations in the area.

It is 7 20 pm 18 November 2023 and the guy working her just walked outside to do his business in the bushes !! OMG We had kids in the car seeing this!!! There were other customers that were shocked and uncomfortable.

Well, this is my new place for gas in Pasadena. It's not glitzy like the other Chevron on Hill, but if it's what's on the inside that counts, then this is unmeasurably better! Plus, it's convenient to the fwy for me after grabbing the deals at Vons on my way.

Horrible customer service. Rude cashier. It’s 1/27/23 7:00 am whoever is at the register (he’s only one working right now) needs training. Never coming here again.

I can not believe the sign on street is different from pump for regular gas sign is $5.39 but at pump they charge $5.79 per gallon and I asked for explanation . They don't have no answer . Wow

Wish I can give this place a 0 don't go to this location they will commit fraud. My gas wasn't coming out to fill up my tank. The manager was so rude didn't want to find a solution he kept arguing that I did take the gas when nothing ever came out. They took my $45 and don't want to give them back. Again don't bother going here THEY COMMIT FRAUD this location should just be shut down or the manager should be fired for not doing his job correctly
