I love Chick-fil-A and usually go to the one near PCC. I stopped by this one because I was closer to it.I did the drive thru and their ordering system through their workers is very efficient. Excellent customer service and I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe in a lettuce wrap with waffle fries. The Chick-fil-A sauce is always a must and overall the meal was excellent.I’d definitely come back here again for all my Chick-fil-A needs.***Update***Customer service by Blain was excellent, probably one of my favorite Chick-fil-A spots!

Be sure to check your order before you leave. There is a 50/50 chance that it will be wrong. Last night I ordered a Market Salad with grilled chicken nuggets. I received a grilled chicken filet, minus the blueberries, strawberries and apples. They did not even bother slicing the filet as the picture shows. If the staff at the drive thru door spent as much time confirming the order as they do goof around, maybe they would get a better rating.

I usually never have an issue with this place but half of my mobile order was incorrect and then when I placed a take out order it took over 15 minutes when it was only an ice cream cone and it wasn’t even busy. I usually don’t mind but it does bug me when I pay extra for something and I don’t receive

Really disappointing but this is the worst Chik fil A location I've ever experienced. Colorado Blvd is 100x better. On MULTIPLE occasions they've neglected to put requested sauces in my orders. Twice now I've ordered the chicken club and the bun is dried out and hard. Management needs to figure it out there but in the meantime when I want CFA I'll just go to the GOOD one. EDIT: today they also shorted my kid's chicken nuggets. Unbelievable.

I’ve neeever felt the need to review esp fast food but I came in right when Josh D came in to work and his energy was amazing.The staff was very friendly but watching Josh’s energy transform the place and how he worked with guests was better than half of how I see servers in LA fine dining restaurants.as a server, and knowing how hard it can be to show up. He truly making the best of it. He’s a light!

Every time I visit this new location (or the other one on Colorado owned by the same owner), there's a problem. first of all, how difficult is it to answer the phone? These people are getting paid $16-$20 an hour but they let their phone go to voicemail. I send people to pick up my orders and I need to reach people and they don't pick up the phone so then, returning my call later, if they even do, is pointless. Today I ordered sauces for chicken nuggets (3 sauces) and for fries (2 or 3 sauces.) I only got the ones for the Nuggets. Thankfully, I've gotten used to these places being incompetent, so when I go into other locations, I take extra sauces and keep them at the house. Otherwise, I would've had no sauce for my fries. On a previous visit, I got stuck with a fake peppermint milkshake because they ran out of peppermint and didn't tell me at the drive-through. They could've taken it off the menu like their other store did, but they didn't so I ordered it and let me tell you, it was like a vanilla milkshake with the grossest sauce on it. Had no chips in it. These Pasadena locations do not operate like your typical Chick-fil-A's. If you get a "it's our pleasure "consider yourself lucky today I spent almost 20 bucks on one small thing of grilled nuggets, fries, and a lemonade. They wouldn't answer their phone after several tries, which pretty much happens any day I call. Very disappointed in this new location. I'm sure I'll get some canned response from the owner about how sorry they are and how this isn't typical of their store but it's extremely typical and I know because I go there a lot. And those responses are really only to try to make it look like they care about your review.

The staff was so friendly. You could tell they have a great team and work culture! Every person we encountered had a kind attitude. And we didn't even expect for the manager to give my son a cone on the house. It made his night!

I usually get Chick-fil-A using the app, but since this was a new location and I had some time, I decided to do dine-in. The parking lot was pretty small and it got really crowded with the drive thru lane. Inside, there was really not that much seating. It felt cramped and loud. Food and service is always great and reliable, but the parking and dine-in experience at this location was not the best. Probably better to just do pick up.

This is my favorite location. Incredibly friendly staff, great quality food, they don’t forget the sauces, and inside is always clean. Not to call out other locations, but I feel like some of them take food out of the fryer too early… that’s never the case at this one! My 3 year old likes to order for herself and they’re always so patient and kind with her. Staff often stops to check on diners to grab napkins, sauces, etc.

Brand new spot! With workers who clearly are not trained well in every aspect. Lines are way too long and it’s not even busy hour. Manager clearly needs to up his game. Good luck!
