I just had the best haircut of my life with Lee Mukes. Truly next-level talent. Lee was incredibly professional, attentive, and the scissor work was immaculate. I’ve never felt this confident leaving a salon. Highly recommend Lee if you want someone who genuinely knows their craft.

I've been here a few times and have seen different people each appointment, but each time has been wonderful! Leidy saved me from a botched bleach job today and it turned out amazing. She was super communicative about each step and why she was doing what she was.

Visiting from out of town and booked a last minute cut/color appointment with Marissa. I don’t get my hair done super often but I always go to the same stylist when I do, so I was a little skeptical about trying somewhere new. However, Marissa did an AMAZING job. She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly that! 10/10 recommend! The salon was also cute, clean, and had a nice vibe.

Today was my first time coming to this salon and I had a really great experience! The space is so clean and comfortable, I felt like I could relax during the process. I went in for a long cut with Samantha R. She listened to what I wanted and helped me make some decisions in terms of layers, etc. because I have fine hair and want more texture/volume. She helped with suggestions regarding ways I can style my hair and products that can help me achieve my desired results in my day to day. She was really great to talk with and styled my hair so gorgeous :) will definitely be returning for my future hair needs! Also the pricing is very reasonable, especially for such a nice salon in Old Town Pasadena.

Nicole is so gifted with color, cuts and styling. She’s amazing. My hair has never looked this good!
The salon does a great job feeling upscale yet warm and friendly. Parking is super convenient as well.

Samantha cut and dyed my hair and RUINED IT!!! she cut it way to short and so choppy! I hate the way the color came out. I told her it wasn’t what I visioned and she basically said that’s how it’s going to be with my hair, instead of helping me fix her mistakes. She takes no accountability ! And overcharged me and when I didn’t tip, she had such a nasty attitude. Didn’t even say goodbye. Once I paid she just walked away without saying anything. I will NOT come back here

Had an amazing experience at Chignon Salon! Maddie is so sweet and attentive. She recommended a kerastase fisio dose conditioning treatment and the difference I felt in my hair was insane! I loved the way my hair turned out. I can’t wait to go back for some color.

I LOVE Vana! She always knows exactly what my hair needs - she’s the only one I let touch my hair. Also the salon rinsing area was so relaxing, I truly almost fell asleep. Love the complimentary drinks, atmosphere, all of it!

I have been going to Chignon since they opened. Everyone is super nice and helpful and Alicia is an amazing stylist. Alicia has always given me a perfect hair cut and amazing color and highlights. I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done and I would highly recommend the salon to everyone
