For it being the first time I was gonna go here I wanted to make sure they had what I needed since It was a bit of a drive for me. When I called the person who picked up the phone was so rude I won’t ever give them even a penny of money. When Asking about a particular product he cut me off and said I have many many customers And that he is too busy and then he hung up no bye no nothing g! If your that busy why even pick up the phone then if your gonna act like that because you did nothing by answering except lose a customer. Great work!

Great selection of rolling tobacco and papers. A few good deals can be had. Staff are pleasant and do a fairly good job of keeping everything stocked. It's a long trip for me but I go often because I like it.

Dude at the counter is rude as hell. And then tries to rip you off on disposable vape devices.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY WILL RIPP YOU OFF.

Would not do a return a brand new item. I just brought back only 6 days later. So I'm guessing they won't do any returns so don't buy anything from them.

Not so much a large selection of top end cigars. But the store was clean, and the clerk was friendly.. I bought 10 lower end cigars.. and the clerk threw in an extra.. so overall a pleasent experience!!

Went in for vape juice and specifically said no menthol, ended up with menthol. There is nothing upfront to choose from in the shop, I asked for specific juice and clearly stated no menthols, he brings a box to the counter saying it's mango flavored, which I said I was fine with barring menthol (I was pretty clear about that), rings it up without letting me see it and once my payment goes through finally let's me see what I've purchased. Lo and behold it's "iced" meaning menthol......I paid probably 2.5 times as much compared to any vape website to not even be listened to at all. I would have tried to return but the shop keep clearly had a friend who kept his attention and I'll just deal with never coming back here again. If you automatically want iced vapes regardless of what you say come here.

Bought a vape. That started leaking pretty much strait away. Ruined an expensive pair of jeans. The owner gave me 50% refund and wanted to keep the oil too,, which there was 3/4 still in the tube! I’ve been a customer there since I was 16 years old! I’m 39 now!! Different owner tho, I used to smoke out the back with the previous owner!! And get discounts being a loyal customer. Because of how greedy and deceitful they are. They will loose my business. He ripped me off for 30$ now that 30$ will cost him 10s of thousands in profit of what I would of spent there b4 smoking kills me!!!loll

These guys are absolute OGs and they’re packing everything stocked - never been there and left disappointed. Been going there for years and will always return a happy customer. I’d give them 10/5 stars if I could!
