We purchased the Paloma sectional and so far the only pro is that it arrived on time. The sectional arrived infested with Carpet Beetles and we had to treat it professionally to remove them. Imagine that, a brand new $18k sofa infested with bugs. Second, it is extremely uncomfortable. We purchased the 90/10 feather option for “sink in old world feel” but it’s none of that. Customer service is a waste of time and unhelpful. They promised to reach out about the issues but nothing. It’s clear they don’t care and can’t be bothered.
We have another sofa from Maker & Son which is far more comfortable. They are not good on timeliness but at least in the end you have a comfortable sofa. Stay away from Cisco Home.

I bought the Genevieve sofa from a dealer in Lawrence, Kansas with the intention of purchasing more for my home if we really enjoyed it. The selling point, per the salesperson, was that we could wash the covers on delicate as I have washed my Quatrine. Great! First off, the couch was delivered missing a leg. The delivery guys found it in the packaging, put it back on, promising that it happened all the time. The couch then sat in an unused living room for months. We moved, and as soon as the movers lifted the couch, the leg fell off. We haven't been able to get that fixed. It needed a wash after a move and a few weeks of being used in a high traffic area and half of the slip covers shrunk. It looks horrible. Upon reaching out to the dealer, they said Cisco was accusing me of washing it on hot, drying it, etc. The final result is that Cisco is replacing only the shrunken covers, so now I'll have a 7k dollar, two-toned couch with a broken leg... In the middle of this, I reached out to Cisco myself as my dealer went quiet for a few weeks. I was told that all of the slipcovers should be dry cleaned.. despite both Kathy Kuo home, my dealer, and apparently the rep for Cisco working on my case, stating that they could be washed on cold, delicate and not dried. Had I of known it had to be dry cleaned, I would have skipped out on buying "green" furniture from them.. what's the point if I'm going to smother the covers in toxic cleaners. If you're looking for something that will go the distance, I'd look somewhere else. Quatrine is great, as is Maiden Home. Pottery Barn has given better customer service than Cisco and now I'm having to look into a custom cover and a furniture Dr to repair a barely used couch that's less than a year old.

I'm very unhappy with the Louis Modern sofa. I contacted management and Camilla told me that the sloppy puckered slipcover was part of the look. it doesn't look anything like what I saw in the showroo! it was improperly sewn on the bias in the front. Fabric is pulled and puckerd. I would never buy again.

Beautiful, well made furniture with gorgeous fabric choices! Jonathan is delightful to work with. The showroom is quite a pleasure to spend time in and find design inspiration.

Terrible Quality, even worse customer service. I bought a sofa from Cisco Brothers, and within two years of normal use the fabric started to wear thin and form holes. I started flipping and turning the cushions to avoid further wear, but within 5 years of having purchased this sofa the cushions are so badly ripped on all sides that it needs to be recovered (again, this is from normal use. Sitting on it. No pets scratching it etc). Since all four of the cushions where the wear occured are zippered cushion covers, I thought the most sensible solution would be to contact the company to try to order new cushion covers. This would solve the problem, and would also save the waste involved in recovering the entire sofa as the rest of the upholstery is fine. It took several emails back and forth (with weeks in between hearing back) for me to get an answer regarding whether this was even possible. I had to hound this company in order to find out if they could help me. When I finally got an answer, I was told that new covers for 4 cushions would cost $1,200. This is just for the fabric covers for the cushions. It goes without saying that paying that price for a few meters of fabric and 4 zippers is absolutely not going to happen. I don't remember exactly what I paid for the entire sofa, but it would have been between $2,000 and $2,500. Do not buy from Cisco Brothers or Cisco Home.

I will never shop here again. I ordered custom chairs for my client and they arrived completely wrong and the manager tried to deny it. I had to walk into the showroom and demand a refund after two weeks of never hearing back from the manager. I used my own fabric on the chairs which I will never get a return on, so I'm out 2k. They don't care! They turned around and put those chairs back in the showroom and marked them up so they can make a profit on my loss. They don't care about their customers and they don't care if you are unhappy. The worst! Don't shop here.

This is one of the worst customer service experience I've had at this store. I recently bought a couch there I hired a delivery service to deliver it to my Apt only to find that it would not fit up my stairs. Within and hour of picking it up the delivery service returned it and restocked it on their floor. At first they were saying I was going to have to pay the full amount for the couch and I wouldn't be receiving a refund. After a month of emails and credit disputes they finally refunded me for 85% of the couch while still charging me a $600 restocking fee when the delivery service I hired restocked the couch for them, their employees didn't have to move a muscle. They claimed that all purchases were final and that I knew this and signed for it, what they were claiming was that my credit receipt which I signed was proof of that. After I signed the receipt the stores employee had stapled my receipt to a form saying all sales were final but never said anything about that until after I asked for my refund. I literally had to email them once a week just to get a response and then call my bank to dispute the credit just to get them to respond. I will never be shopping here again as I have heard many people have had the same problems and have had fabric issues with their products. I'd rather be treated with respect and buy a worse couch then give any money to this company.

I am sad today! I purchased 2 couches (matching Louis soft sofas in March 2017 to flank across from each other at a price of $3,495 (tax extra). About 6 months ago one of the two sofas has started to squeak when I set down on it.I am sad because as a young child growing up my single mother raising 5 children, she would take used furniture from family or friends.I just remember one sofa that we took, squeaking all day long, after all there was 6 people plopping down on it all day! That noise ... (now I know how my mother got it free) from the previous owner. So today in 2020, I have another one in my life (pretty sure another one is to follow)(maybe they can sing together and make a tone). Since I have been able to purchase nicer furniture I have always tried to order custom. Cisco advertises their FSC hardwoods, organic Inside Green fabric, and the well being of their natural fibers. That's great but when your product is not built to least 20 plus years then that makes me sick. Your own youtube video in Jan. 17, 2009 even states that it should last that long and not just be thrown away in a few years because of your high standards to take in each sofa. My words "Wayfair" China sofas are throw aways after a few years. So if you don't want a squeaking sofa this company is not the way to go. I am now 62 years old and still learning! So Live and Learn...is my title of this review! P.S. Can't find anything on 8-way hand-tied springs, webbing or sinuous springs for their products. One thing I am sure of, it is not 8 way hand-tied!!! Rating it a 2 star 1* for comfort and 1* for style.

Please do not shop with this company. They do not take care of their employees, the people who are making your furniture and helping customer's select the right pieces for their homes. This company pays just barely above minimum wage and expects store employees to survive on their commission. They pay employee's commission at their discretion which means the employee loses out on money on a regular basis. They do not follow their own written employee agreements or the law. If you quit they will decide to not pay you your earned commission no matter how small of amount it is. This is exactly the kind of greed that causes people to suffer, lose their housing, health insurance and not eat on a regular basis.

My husband and I bought 3 couches here and a rug, spending over 25K. Everything came as promised, but the two couches that get the most traffic (and by that I mean a few hours of sitting a day) started to look so old so fast. Big indentations in the bench cushions after a month. I contacted customer service and they said that's the way they are... you have to practically take apart the cushion to "fluff and redistribute" the feather wrap around the foam cushion. Now listen, if this was something that needed to be done every few months, fine, but to keep the couches looking decent it needs to be done every few DAYS. Life is too short. I ended up getting the cushions restuffed somewhere else. Oh, and there is zero zero zero stain protection. I know I'm going to be in the market for slipcovers in the next year, too. Hard pass.

I like the actual pieces here and the quality of furniture is on point. But i need to agree with the other reviewers here on how customer service has much to be desired. From getting basic answers to help with delivery to overall attentiveness, the feel is more of a warehouse which i wouldnt mind if it was ikea but considering the price you are paying i would hope for a little more help. Again, the pieces themselves i like and they have some good deals.
