The lines are always long with one teller. Good thing they have a drive-up ATM and a regular ATM to make things easier if you just have a deposit. None of the supervisors assist with customers they just sit down at their desks.

For the past few months, I have been working with this CITI bank to close out several estate accounts. It's manager Mr. Danilyuk has been the primary representative helping me.I have found Mr. Danilyuk very helpful and patient throughout the lengthy process. He has been prompt to return phone calls and e-mails, always friendly and professional.Today, was my final transaction at this location. I was waiting for an appointment with Mr. Danilyuk and one of his team members.I overheard he and a long time customer talking. Mr. Danilyuk had thanked her for a box of chocolates that she and her husband had apparently given him for Christmas. She replied that she greatly appreciated his help over the years and that she and her husband had a high level of confidence and trust in him. He thanked her.She then mentioned this branches staff as being helpful, but mentioned sometime in the past that he had caught a transaction or situation that had saved her and her husband (both older seniors) a lot money.Mr. Danilyuk expressed his gratitude for their business and banking relationship.Other than working with this manager at this CITI bank location to close out several estate accounts, I've only been an observer. My observations from about seven visits here have all been positive. The few other staff I have interacted with were also friendly and helpful. All of the customers I have observed coming into this location while I was waiting for meetings over the past four months seemed very satisfied with the help they were receiving. However, what was most impressive was just hearing this customer talking with the manager about how much they trust him and this branch. I can't think of a higher recommendation than a customer having that kind of confidence in their financial institution.

A banker, who now left the company, offered me a promotion without checking my eligibility. I deposited the money and waited 6 month and still not getting the promotion, then I was told it is still within the time and asked me to wait till the last day. I waited and gave them couple more day, nothing. I called customer services since the banker is no longer there and was told they would submit a request to find out. I received the letter 1 month later saying I was not eligible. WHAT the heck!!! You could have told me way earlier. I wasn't happy and the representative sent another request, guess what? I received 2nd letter stating the same thing. Great, you think I didn't know how to read and by sending it second time, I would magically know. Nice try. Now I will be cutting all citi credit card, and later bank accounts. I do not want to be scammed anymore. Citi has a lot of promotions but they do hesitate to pay you the bonus. BE Aware!

Zero stars for the teller Luis. He doesn't know how to deal with grieving customers. We tried to withdrawal money but he lied to us and wasted out time. We had to report him to the regional manager. He obviously doesn't want to help Asian customers. He only act nice to his Hispanic customers. Luis is also insensitive and unhelpful and doesn't know his job hence he had to lie and waste our time by sending us to two other banks for nothing. Had we not complain and call him out on his lies we wouldn't have gotten the help we needed to get our funds from our deceased parent. So insensitive and unprofessional.

No wonder so many people call it "Sh*tty Bank". Although I don't have an account there I use their ATM machine occasionally to get cash as it is very close to my home. When I do they charge a $3 fee, which I understand. So I went today and got $60 and paid their fee. I then walked into the branch so I could break a $20 bill into a 10, 5 and 5 ones to have tip money after a haircut. When I went to the teller (who was clearly not even busy) I was told that because I didn't have a bank account there that they were not allowed to give change not even for the $20 bill I got from THEIR ATM! SERIOUSLY! I have been to other banks that gladly provide change. What a crappy policy and poor service. Definitely bank someplace else, this bank clearly doesn't value their community, they only value profit.

Every thing at that brunch happens at a very slow pace. You have to wait a long time for basic service(s). It's never a quick transaction, but in general people who work there are nice, try to be polite and helpful.

This is a review of our experience with the home loan process. This was a conventional 30 year loan involving buyers who had gainful employment, and were providing 20 percent down. John Twyman was the loan officer. Our experience was terrible in that John does not know how to communicate. If you have questions do not expect timely responses or responses to questions asked. John picks what he wants to respond to and responds with one to three word responses. We nearly missed our close after 45 days. He was not able to explain or express in any way why there were delays, what was slowing the process. He will leave you in the dark until the end and the ask for an extension. He does not apologize and is not considerate. Efforts to speak with John's supervising or managing team is similar. They all have a pattern of not returning calls or emails. Many of the numbers that are given out do not allow people to leave messages. These go through, but these other players that are higher up like John are experts at stringing people along. They will tell you that they will call you, or that they will provide information, or they will make it happen. This is not the case. If you search John Twyman, you will find at least one other negative review. We found that our experience corroborates that experience. Mr. Twyman works out of this branch and we would advise anyone willing to risk working with Citi through home loan process to avoid John Twyman.

This is the most trash bank I've ever had an account with I swear! They always turn your card off without warning for no apparent reason. When u call to have it reconnected they turn it off again once ur off the line. They charge fees for everything all the time for even things that shldnt have fees. I wld never recommended this bank to anyone.

Very Unpleasant customer service. If you don't like what you do, do something else. I wouldn't recommend this particular branch.

I came to this location to open up a new checking and savings account to give them a shot keep in mind I have no account with them. I get here at 4 o'clock and I asked if I can receive help with opening new accounts I was told they only open accounts by appointment and it would take about 45 minutes to complete the process and they close at 5pm. I don't understand how they would expect a non-customer to set up an appointment with a banker ?? Ok Il just open my accounts elsewhere.

So frustrating.. as if it's not annoying enough already. I changed my pin # and for some reason today I couldn't get into the Citi app afterwards. Since I was nearby during lunch, I decided to come in and ask for help and all they can do is tell me to call the 1-800 #. Thanks for all your help. A bank full of bankers and no one can help. I was offered the use of their phone, dude I can use my phone. Figured it would be easier to come in but I guess it's just a waste of time.

Customer service is lost here. Came in to do a payment and did not have credit card with me. Was asked for social and phone number, both of which was asked out loud (so no privacy considered) to which did not work. teller then said she needed card number to do payment. Went to speak with a supervisor who did not get up to come acknowledge the me (the customer) at all. Teller came back to tell me to try to pull up a statement and that may work to get her the account number. I did not have my phone then so I couldn't. She finally called her back shop and was able to get the account number. Why go through all we went through if she could've done that in the first place? No thank you for taking long or making me wait that long for a simple payment. Why be an open branch for customers if you really don't want to help customers? Annabelle was the teller who assisted me.

this is an addendum to my last review ! first of all i want to say the people who work there are very nice ! but there policy for medium investors sucks. when i went to take my $$ out last month, they asked me to give them 30 more days so they can get me the interest because they said "i met all the terms, it's just a mistake at corporate" so i waited, and past up another promotion at chase bank (did same promotion with chase, and got my $$ ....3 days after maturity) well they did it to me again !! i'm confirming my 1st posting ! i would like to hear from any investors who's had the same experience i've had ! ! !
