I closed a checking account last year. After a couple months they started charging monthly fees along with an overdraft fee. I've contacted them numerous times to explain that my account had been closed in 2021. Each time they apologized and said they would reverse the charges and close the account. Now they are calling me and threatening me that I have to pay over $150 in their fees. This seems like unethical or illegal practices.

Very Unpleasant customer service. If you don't like what you do, do something else. I wouldn't recommend this particular branch.

I've never seen a bank that only has one teller helping people while 3 other people walk around doing who knows what. Amazing..

I came to this location to open up a new checking and savings account to give them a shot keep in mind I have no account with them. I get here at 4 o'clock and I asked if I can receive help with opening new accounts I was told they only open accounts by appointment and it would take about 45 minutes to complete the process and they close at 5pm. I don't understand how they would expect a non-customer to set up an appointment with a banker ?? Ok Il just open my accounts elsewhere.

So frustrating.. as if it's not annoying enough already. I changed my pin # and for some reason today I couldn't get into the Citi app afterwards. Since I was nearby during lunch, I decided to come in and ask for help and all they can do is tell me to call the 1-800 #. Thanks for all your help. A bank full of bankers and no one can help. I was offered the use of their phone, dude I can use my phone. Figured it would be easier to come in but I guess it's just a waste of time.

Customer service is lost here. Came in to do a payment and did not have credit card with me. Was asked for social and phone number, both of which was asked out loud (so no privacy considered) to which did not work. teller then said she needed card number to do payment. Went to speak with a supervisor who did not get up to come acknowledge the me (the customer) at all. Teller came back to tell me to try to pull up a statement and that may work to get her the account number. I did not have my phone then so I couldn't. She finally called her back shop and was able to get the account number. Why go through all we went through if she could've done that in the first place? No thank you for taking long or making me wait that long for a simple payment. Why be an open branch for customers if you really don't want to help customers? Annabelle was the teller who assisted me.
