Easy access and drive thru. I was in and out for a walking transaction in 5 minutes. Jimmy Fong, one of the personal bankers, has helped me many times with info about my accounts and updating information. He is a wealth of knowledge.

Before my vacation I called the Call Center to instruct that when my CD matured during vacation, I did not want to renew the CD and the service rep said the funds would be put into my savings account. After I returned from the trip I surprisingly found that my time deposit was automatically renewed at a very low rate. I got hold of my personal banker who kept saying nothing he could do because it passed the 7 day grace period including the weekend and holiday. The manager said the same thing. The Call Center said the same. No employee bothered to inquire and verify if I gave instructions not to renew was a valid claim. I was outraged by such irresponsible attitude shifting the blame somewhere. Finally the Customer Care Office resolved the issue. I would not recommend this bank.

My safe deposit box was accessed by a stalker/hacker suspect who bribed the bank employee to make a copy of my safe deposit box key before I opened my safe deposit box. I went there a few times in a different day to choose a lucky box number. It gave the above stalker/hacker a chance to approach some greedy employees. I discovered the issue after a month and requested them to refund me the rest 11 months safe deposit box key, but the manager refused to do it. The suspect stole my safe deposit box hard drives that saved his hacking crime evidence.

The lines are always long with one teller. Good thing they have a drive-up ATM and a regular ATM to make things easier if you just have a deposit. None of the supervisors assist with customers they just sit down at their desks.

For the past few months, I have been working with this CITI bank to close out several estate accounts. It's manager Mr. Danilyuk
has been the primary representative helping me.
I have found Mr. Danilyuk very helpful and patient throughout the lengthy process. He has been prompt to return phone calls and e-mails, always friendly and professional.
Today, was my final transaction at this location. I was waiting for an appointment with Mr. Danilyuk and one of his team members.
I overheard he and a long time customer talking. Mr. Danilyuk had thanked her for a box of chocolates that she and her husband had apparently given him for Christmas.
She replied that she greatly appreciated his help over the years and that she and her husband had a high level of confidence and trust in him. He thanked her.
She then mentioned this branches staff as being helpful, but mentioned some time in the past, they he had caught a transaction or situation that has saved she and her husband (both older seniors) money.
Mr. Danilyuk expressed his gratitude for their business and banking relationship.
Other than working with this manager at this CITI bank location to close out several estate accounts, I've only been an observer. My observations from about seven visits have all been positive.
The few other staff I have interacted with were also friendly and helpful.
All of the customers I have observed coming into this location while I was waiting for meetings over the past four months seemed very satisfied with the help they were receiving.
However, what was most impressive was just hearing this customer talking with the manager about how much they trust him and this branch. I can't think of a higher recommendation than a customer having that kind of confidence in their financial institution.

I usually do not right reviews, but this really upset me. Closing on a home and the lender needed transaction history to verify funds. The manager made it so difficult just to print out a few statements. We have been faithful customer for years and to give me the run around for simple account documents is just ridiculous. His attitude made me feel like he was unwilling to help in any way. I understand policies and procedures but the unwillingness to help attitude was what really upset me. How difficult is it just to do what you can to assist instead of telling me everything that you can't do.

You have to wait for a long long time, please come and queue before the dinosaurs die out, they have six windows, but only one teller, the teller is not skilled in business, there must be a supervisor watching from the back, poor experience, don't delay you time
