Extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. I was seen to immediately and every concern I had/item of action was addressed efficiently and effectively. They also kindly offered me water and parking validation. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a living trust created for estate planning purposes and needed the appropriate adjustments made to my citi accounts as a result. Anthony (manager) and Marty (wealth advisor) were very well informed as to the process necessary to accomplish what needed to be done and handled everything quickly and efficiently. These guys made me feel comfortable and solved any and all problems like rock stars. Many thanks to the entire team at th Citi bank @ 177 Colorado Blvd!

I work @ WeWork and started an account to make my life easier and I love being about to walk down deposit, take out cash, what ever I need. They are small staff don’t expect so many workers but for a small bank it is perfect and they are always ready to help me and send me on my way.

I closed a checking account last year. After a couple months they started charging monthly fees along with an overdraft fee. I've contacted them numerous times to explain that my account had been closed in 2021. Each time they apologized and said they would reverse the charges and close the account. Now they are calling me and threatening me that I have to pay over $150 in their fees. This seems like unethical or illegal practices.

Awful Terrible , words can not describe the worst service i got . I want give them 0 star if i can . Especially the vice president or manager whose name is Eduard . I was here for CD program he told me all the benefits and interest i will get if i do one year CD so I deposit fifty thousand and I asked him if there was anything left I can do he said the CD program you submitted was all good and just wait in peaceful mind . I was also told that if I deposited fifty thousand when I open checking account and maintain that balance for two months i will get bonus 600 dollars so I did it . About two months Later I checked my CD how is it going on and I found out he didn't even put fifty thousand into CD program and that money returned to my account , so I argued with him for this and he told me didn't know the reason why they returned my money and he sent a request to the corporate bank and asked me to wait but two months have passed it was still not solved. In addition ,I don't like his attitude he didn't even feel sorry for this and didn't apologize to me Moreover i haven't received the 600 dollars deposit bonus yet he said he already sent the request to resolve this issue and asked me keep waiting and waiting and it already passed one month hasn't solved yet I'm frustrated now this bank is certainly fraud , nothing but robbing your money please don't ever go this location !

The tellers here are always friendly and offer excellent customer service. I had an issue today and Joshua took care of me quickly and professionally. I've never had to wait here longer than a minute or two.
