Wow. After going back and forth on the phone with him for days, Alan insisted that we would have to talk in person. When we came in person to talk, he told us the exact same thing he told us on the phone, but with an extra side of rudeness. His tone was arrogant and condescending and he would not listen to us. We left after 10 minutes of being belittled. I would give them zero stars if I could, but I guess that one star is because they validated our parking ticket. Don't even bother going to them if you would like to be treated with basic decency.

Twice the branch manager refused to cash my check that was issued by Comerica Bank. The 1st time 2 weeks ago he told me that the bank had run out of money. Today when I went in he used the same excuse except this time he told me that he did not Want to Give any money to non members. I told him I would go to the south Pasadena location and he told me that they did not have any money either, When I arrived at the 2nd location the branch manager there told me that me that he had no right to tell me that and they cashed my check with no problems. This branch manager obviously has a chip on his shoulder and today he took it out on me. Stay away from this bank at all cost, If you do not have an account here this man will treat you horribly. Shame on you sir and shame on Comerica for employing a person like yourself....You could learn a thing or two from Jennifer at the south Pasadena branch, they know how to treat people.

I would give this branch ZERO stars if it were possible. These buffoons are more concerned about making a profit that assisting their clients. They do not keep their word about following up with you and lie about having made progress on anything you attempt to work with them. They definitely need new knowledgeable management and honorable staff. Do not do business here.

Super good, my friend owns this bank and he runs it like tyrannical dictator. But don't try to skim him on money because he'll cut your pinkie off like the yakuza.

The branch manager assumed I was a criminal attempting fraud. Banks should not be like cops prematurely assuming people are the enemy. It took 30 min for a standard withdrawal when I was the only person in the bank because of this.

This bank is not adhering to social distancing. I just watched a lady with a bag of cash come within inches of the, yet I was told to keep my distance. Also, this location is actually closed. Even if you call by appointment, unless you have $10k cash to deposit, they don't want to see you. Unbelievable.

Help is useless unless you like getting informed by useful idiots. This bank institution lacks any candor or ethics. The employees especially the branch manager doesn't know anything about his own company let alone the programs and partners they "should" know and understand. The lack of availabilities is not surprising "COD, long term investment portfolios etc". Again come to this wonderful "bank" of you feel like getting a enema with a pressure washer with 30,000 psi.

POOR SERVICES! The teller and his supervisor keep making me back and forth about checks deposits. And they even say"you should come early blablabla..." Come on! I arrive 430 which is your business our, and I just want to make some deposit!

My company does business here. I would not recommend to other's. We've tried the other Comerica Bank on Fair Oaks and it's the same thing. Time for us to look for a new bank.
