Review for employee Isabella in the pharmacy! I am at home with a very congested baby. I call CVS and go through a slew of robotic questions before finally reaching a human. Isabella answers the phone, and I feel immediate reief....short lived. I ask Isabella if she has a vaporizer. She tells me, "I don't know, that is in the flu aisle." I beg her to take 10 steps to see if there is a vaporizer in stock. She refused. Please if you work in Healthcare or in a pharmacy, please know that you are often dealing with ill people. Be kind, be flexible....if not, get out of Healthcare and work at the DMV. Your sadism is expected there and tolerated.

The absolute worst... (if only negative stars were possible). Prescriptions are always filled late or incorrectly (i.e., I was routinely short-changed on total # pills - super sketchy...). As such, stopped using this CVS for prescriptions years ago despite it being the most convenient pharmacy commute-wise. Recently, I tried filling two photo-printing orders here - both orders were botched. Despite getting the "ready for pick-up" message - CVS failed to print one order (it was still in queue despite ready-for-pickup message) - so, I had to make a return trip the next day so they could "print the order for real this time" (anyone remember the Seinfeld episode about "rental car reservations" ;) ...). The second order was flat-out "lost" such that they couldn't re-print it. I would have had to "re-select", "re-edit" and "re-order" this set of photos manually in google photos. No thank you. Lesson learned. Save yourself the misery and go to the Walgreens up the street on South Lake.

Medium size CVS Pharmacy located in the heart of South Pasadena, this CVS does a nice job of stocking essentials along with disposables effectively. It is organized as one large square and the signs above are visible enough to see where you need to go. We had some time to kill, so made note of some things that I have not noticed at other CVS before. - hands-on ear piercing: nobody was manning the booth, but it looks like it is operational. Of course it is not very private, so wondering how the experience goes, especially for really young children. - there was a section dedicated to Claire's products. It does look like the teenage accessory retailer formed a partnership with CVS in 2017. - there were still some products locked down, but nearly as much as other CVS that we frequent. - the alcohol aisle was blocked off even though it was the afternoon. - the checkout lines were set-up to encourage the use of the self-checkout lines, with only one queue servicing it and the manned register.

I'm pleased with the pharmacy staff here. They are always busy running around but are capable of responding well to questions if you need help about something or other. I appreciate the outside drive through pharmacy pick-up ever since COVID started. It is a real convenience. If you do have to go inside and buy things, cashiers are always friendly and efficient. The store is very tidy. Parking is pretty easy and I've never not been able to get a spot.

Always efficient. The pharmacy is great. The only drawback is it seems that the particular item I want from the shelf isn't there. Always seems to be a little under stocked.

I'd like to thank Kim for always being so gracious and helpful. I'm a senior citizen and not always so aware of my monthly savings. She always checks it for me and anything else I may be looking for. Always with a smile. Thank you Kim. You are appreciated.

The worst. False advertising on their own website. They refused to honor discount from their website for a new Rx. I transferred a Rx to them to receive a lower price. I called to be sure my Rx was ready and confirm the price, but was told I had to physically come in to confirm the price. I went on the website and was informed if I joined their CVS plan, I'd get an even better price than GoodRx. So I signed up. When I went in, sorry. We don't recognize that special CVS price offered to you. GoodRx, no, sorry we don't offer that price either and can't help you. FALSE ADVERTISING. Ripoff store. No help. No manager or supervisor. What a place. Needless to say, I'm out all the time and expense of going out of my way to even go in there. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

This used to be my favorite pharmacy b/c it was open 24/7 and carried French beauty brands. Late night is the perfect time to browse for bargains and use my endless supply of CVS coupons and reward bucks. Wanting to wean myself off Amazon - which is no longer cheaper than the competition - I stopped by this morning and saw a diminished experience, with lots of stuff locked up and entire shelves empty. Ok, I get that. I'm sad about the reduced hours, and I get that this is a magnet for the unhoused. But customer service shouldn't suffer. As I brought my stuff up to check out, the cashier who had been happily chatting with another customer about gift card scams resolutely avoided my eye and proceeded to flatten boxes. If she were doing tasks that had to be done that minute, a simple "please use self-checkout" would have been fine. I hate leaving bad reviews after one bad interaction when I've had far more positive ones, but I want to alert management that customer service is the main reason why people choose brick and mortar stores over Amazon.

If I could give no stars I would give NONE.This store showed me today that they don't value black patrons in their store. They treated me like a criminal like a drug addict, and lied about store procedures right to my face. What major pharmacy doesn't take GoodRx? The pharmacy manager and her ENTIRE staff lied and said they didn't, I have used GoodRx several times at this pharmacy since 2022 and as recent as 10/31/23. With the GoodRx gold card my prescription was 8.11, without it 144.32. She used her discretion to deny my medication being filled because she felt that I didn't need the medication my surgeon prescribed to me. As a college educated law abiding citizen I didn't think I could ever have been discriminated against at a pharmacy. I'm hurt and disgusted at this treatment by my employer. The staff judged me based off my appearance and race.Automatically assumed I was some drug addict or something. I didn't know till today that a none medical doctor like a pharmacist has way more power than the doctor that actually opened up my back and added 8 screws. So this will be the end of my cvs experience as a customer and an employee. I also know now why so many people are dying from fentanyl, they have cvs as their pharmacy and they have a judgemental racist as a pharmacist and she has decided that "NO you don't get any medicine today". I'm sure everyone that comes in this store doesn't get treated like this. I'm positive they honor the GoodRx card as GoodRx corporate verified that they DO participate in the program. They just didn't want to honor "my" GoodRx gold membership.

No carts available because hime less swipe them. Tried to print out my coupons, machine didn't read ny rewards card abd so had someone from the store get it to work. No cashier available do had to self checkiut with my coupon and had to have lady do it for me because the coupon trader ate my coupon. Tried to get my receipt and it was eaten by the printer. Easy peasy! Good bye CVS your prices are high and you don't have enough help. Self check out is a joke!

**Review for CVS - 727 S Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena, CA 91105**Absolutely the worst experience anyone can have at a pharmacy! This branch is terribly run. I made multiple trips only to find out they didn't have my prescription. To add insult to injury, they NEVER pick up phone calls and send you on an endless loop through frustrating phone trees. I'd recommend finding another pharmacy that actually values its customers.

I was lucky to be at CVS on Arroyo today and asked the pharmacist if I could get the RSV vaccine. She said of course, I filled out the forms and in a matter of minutes I was done. I did get a COVID booster and flu vaccination on July 5 at the same CVS. They are just so good.

Pictures are blurry. They told me that they are good… even the receipt is not focus and makes you sick if you stare at it. Try to print somewhere else.
