CVS Pharmacy in Pasadena is a full-service pharmacy with experienced, helpful, and super nice pharmacists and team members. The staff is awesome, always taking extra steps and going beyond to provide excellent care. They are exceptionally on top of prescriptions, sending reminders when medications are filled and ready, and even help call doctors' offices for refills. Service is provided with wonderful smiles, a good attitude, and is very informative. The team makes the experience quick, convenient, and nice. Many locations offer drive-thru service, and prescriptions can be managed online or in person with options for auto-refill and delivery. Vaccines, including flu and COVID-19, are available.
All the pharmacists there are extremely friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. Moreover, one of the young lady pharmacists even recognized me and called me by name, which is so nice and so rare in today's world. It feels like the pharmacists are a great team. They are super nice!

Everyone is super nice and helpful. Phil is especially helpful and always super nice and supportive.
