All the pharmacists there are extremely friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. Moreover, one of the young lady pharmacists even recognized me and called me by name, which is so nice and so rare in today's world. It feels like the pharmacists are a great team. They are super nice!

Great people at this place. They send me reminders when my prescriptions are filled and ready. They also help me call my doctor's office for refills. I couldn't ask for more.

This is \"my\" pharmacy. The main pharmacist is so helpful and I feel she advocates for me. For example, when I abruptly changed health insurers she made sure my prescription refill was uninterrupted. She took it upon herself to call my doctor and then get my new insurance in sync to keep my copay as low as possible. Service \u003d excellent!

I've been back at this location now since November 2019. It's hit or miss. Sometimes a great experience, sometimes not so great. Many parts of why I originally left still exist. It has some really helpful staff, but it also has a few staff that I try to avoid. Just depends on the day and time of the week. I hope it will eventually get better, but even at its worse, it's still better than what I experienced at their other Target CVS on the west side.

Worst pharmacy I've been to in a long time. Four pharmacy techs and one pharmacist. Nobody in line, I was next. Still waited 8 minutes to turn in my prescription. They all kept saying sorry and someone would help me, but nothing happened. Better off going literally anywhere else. It was for basic amoxicillin to top it off, not even anything difficult!

I stopped using this CVS and moved to WalGreens for several different reasons. 1. This store refuses to look up CVS inventory at other stores when they are out of stock and instead tells you to go home and call around to all of the other local CVS stores. I had asked during various times I used this particular location, when I was in need of out of stock medication. The last time I used this location, ultimately led me to move to WalGreens for a year. In that interaction, a counter employee had told me they couldn't look up the inventory on a drug I needed for an emergency after surgery. Instead they gave me the same line, "We're not able to do that for you, you will need to go home and call around". Unfortunately, the emergency prescription I needed had to be started immediately, and at the time I was blind in one eye and legally blind in my other eye following surgery complications. I also had someone else driving me to the store because I could not see. The particular counter person I was being assisted by had always been difficult, and that made the situation worse when they became argumentative. I left in utter frustration, and the person driving me was astounded at how I had been treated. They had recently signed up at this location two months earlier. Because this CVS refused to help me, and because I wouldn't be able to see my home computer screen or dial the phone, I had the person driving me take me to WalGreens. Walgreens rush ordered the prescription, and for the other ones I needed, they looked up inventories at their stores and also checked the other CVS stores for me. I ultimately had to go to Monrovia WalGreens to get one prescription and down the street to a different CVS to get a different one. As soon as my sight was restored, I had all my prescriptions moved to Walgreens. The person who had been driving me that day also moved their new CVS account to Walgreens. According to a CVS corporate representative I talked to today (a year later), it turns out that CVS stores all use the same CVS system and can see the inventories available at all the stores. The corporate representative told me their is no reason why that store couldn't have helped me or other customers in this manner. 2.) This store is worse than a drug-pusher when it comes to bugging customers about refills. Their automated system, pharmacy employees and pharmacist call multiple times a day, every day, for weeks, even if you turn off the auto-fill or reminders option via the pharmacy website. As for turning off phone calls - It was not possible because when this location originally created my account, they required a phone number and entered a land-line phone number since I didn't have a cell phone at the time. Their alert-text reminder system is made only for cell phones and can only be update, turned off or changed via a cell phone text message. According to the CVS corporate representative I talked to today, I was told that the store that created it could have made the phone changes since they were the ones that originally entered the wrong number. This CVS insisted that they couldn't make that change and I had to do it from a computer. I had tried for over a year to remove or change the phone number, via the website and several times talking with CVS corporate to remove the land-line number but all of the attempts failed. Today, I asked CVS corporate to delete my pharmacy account as a final result. CVS v.s. Walgreens - CVS does has some advantages over Walgreens, one is having greater access to prescription suppliers, more pharmacy staff, more stores nationally for those times refills are needed while traveling, a better rewards program which gives a $5 store coupon after ten refills, compared to Walgreens which I've not had enough refills in a year to reach $5 even though I have five refills per month. Walgreens unfortunately as of 2019 has began heavily pushing refills and following CVS's pattern of multiple phone calls, messages

It's inside a Target, so a lot of the “CVS Products†are scattered around Target or just not available!
