I'm giving this store a 0-star rating because of discriminatory behavior by an female employee. As an Asian customer, I was first in line to pick up my UPS package, which was marked as delivered and received by someone named Christine. Upon arrival, the receptionist ignored me and served the person second in line with endearing terms. When I intervened, she was impatient and couldn't find my package, despite showing my ID and tracking number. She dismissed me with laughter, claiming UPS often makes mistakes. This treatment was completely disrespectful.

This store was extremely clean, organized, the items I was looking for were all on stock, the pricing is right and all team members were friendly and ready to help, I really enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely go back next time I’m in town

If I can give 0⃣️, I hope it is zero points. The Covid19 vaccine was explained to the two white people in front of me. When they came to me with yellow skin, they called me by my last name. They didn’t even confirm my name and date of birth. They let me go after the vaccination. . He didn't want to say a word to me. Such a hasty ending made me think it was very inconsistent with medical regulations and very unsafe! What a bad experience!

Only one clerk, half dozen customers. Clerk was unable to use any register, asked why, he said Corporate requires him to check customers out on self service machines. Took double time as customers in front didn't know what to do. Clerk agreed that it was a stupid idea but he had no choice. My time is valuable and I don't want to spend my time waiting for CVS to train customers to use self serve. I realize you are trying to reduce staff but you need to think about us customers. I think I'll give Walgreens a try.

Whoever designed and striped the parking lot (which is shared with a Trader Joe's), should be fired. Ridiculously congested lot as it's one-way throughout. Store itself is cluttered and quite filthy with debris everywhere and boxes and inventory sitting in the aisles. This could be a liability issue as it creates trip hazards. They obviously don't own a vacuum. The pharmacy workers are very polite and adept, but the store itself seems mis-managed.

I try looking for one and no one was there I even KNOCKED ON THE BACK DOOR and no one was there so I left all my things there because the self check out was not working it said no cash and I only had cash do not go here there no workers! I guess these people don’t want my money ?

2/3/2023 at 8:45 pm - It's Friday night. We finished shopping at Trader Joe's and wanted to pick up something quick at CVS. There was only one cashier. He was chatty and the line wasn't moving. We decided to use the self checkout but was stuck. The cashier walked over and started giving us attitude. Not sure if it's because we are Asians or that we dared to use the self checkout. LOL

This CVS is in the Trader Joe's plaza on San Gabriel Blvd and Huntington Dr. This is the second time that I had it gone inside but it's been so long that I forgot that I have been here before. Luckily since it was late at night there was a parking typically I try to avoid this plaza since it's so popular. Everything is very organized but feels a little bit more cramped since they're not working with much space since TJ's takes over most of the space on their end. I feel like in the past they were more spaced out here when they first opened but maybe I'm wrong. The feeling I had today when I walked in was wow they're not that big here.It helps that each section is labeled by the description so it's easy to find what you're looking for. All the registers are up in front. The pharmacy is way in the back. Everything is standard and nothing to complain about. They have self check out registers at the front of the store for purchases which makes it easier for those that are able to navigate the machines. Overall, not my first choice of CVS locations but if you happen to be buying groceries or getting food in the other end of the plaza it's a convenient place.

The flu/ COVID19 Vaccine process was incredibly easy. I had a small issue getting the appointment, but no real problem.

This pharmacy has the worst service of any pharmacy I have ever been to. They only have one person running around, answering phones, giving vaccines to patients and then went the pharmacist gets totally overwhelmed they unplug the telephone and refuses to answer the phone. To furtherfrustrate to patients and doctors the pharmacists are rude and disgruntled. This pharmacy has to be the worst for service altogether. I have transferredeverything out to another pharmacy. I would not go to this store even ifthe merchandise was free.

Covid 19 booster - don't expect an in and out experience. The online appointment slots mean nothing. Waited 20 mins before getting my shot.
