It’s not the shoes that I am disappointed about the rather their tactics when it comes to the nickel and dimming of long time customers. They are a bagless store and you have to purchase a bag for two dollars, which is insane as far as I’m concerned after I spent over $350 worth of shoes.

They will not validate unless you complete a purchase. Although I came ONLY to shop here for work shoes but didn’t have my size in stock.

REFUSING TO VALIDATE. You come to shop at DSW but don't find anything? You get stuck with $$$ parking fees! They only validate you if you find shoes you actually want to buy. DSW after the hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of dollars we spend with you, please reverse this new policy.

Wow... this used to be a place that had a good selection of men and women's shoes. Those days are gone. Staff was friendly. Parking is located underground.

I like how I'm able to choose the shoes that we want, whether or not the items in the store, and just easily pick them up once they're ready. Great selection of shoes for women and men. Only wish there was curbside pickup. Other than that, great customer service every time we go.

I got the cutest shoes for my Christmas Eve dinner date. The staff are willing to help. I like Edward he's funny and gives his honest opinion when asked. The manager helped me pick out a pair of boots. They were signs of wear from the clearance section. She put Mink oil on them and buffed them out. You would never know my boots were 30%. The cashier Marianne she was great. I have 3 different returns. She helped me get the best deal for what I was buying. I would definitely be returning.

I failed to keep my receipt for a pair of boots that were just 1/2 size too small. Yet, the staff there allowed me an even exchange! I also found they contract with a sole/heel company for some snakeskin boots I didn't want to throw away. Parking is convenient AND they validate parking!
