Tried for first using the app promo. Lox sandwich good. Coffee no. disappointment as I asked for dark roast and it was dark but tasted like sour decaf.Parking: Busy strip mall. Right across from a Starbucks, Whole Foods and AT&T store.

Today I had my second experience with manager Krystall V. speaking very rudely to me and my daughter. I used to be a service worker for many years, try to be extra friendly and accommodating w/restaurant employees, tip well, etc. In nearly 9 years living nearby I've never had a single bad experience at any restaurant, only at Einstein's. A few weeks ago, after we ordered our items, my 6 year-old had to go to the restroom very urgently. Krystall yelled we shouldn't go in since the floor was wet. I said I understood but said my daughter had to go really badly and if she could go to the employee restroom. Krystall said no. I then asked if Krystall could let me know when we could go into the restroom and she said we would. We waited literally 20 mins, no Krystall. We removed the yellow cone ourselves. I wrote it off to her maybe being busy and went on w/my day. Today, Krystall was once again being rude so now I know it wasn't just one bad day but just how she treats people. Most but not all of the chair were up on tables (around lunch time) and before I ordered, I asked the associate at the check-out if my daughter and I could sit down since my daughter was tired we were looking for a place to sit down and she said yes. As we got ready to sit down, Krystall said we couldn't sit down because she was cleaning. I said, I understood and we would sit down at the other corner of the large space so she would have space to clean (and also that the store associate had told us we could sit down before we paid. Krystall rudely and loudly said no, no "sorry," no "come back in 15 mins," no nothing so we were left with our hands full of snacks and drinks and nowhere to sit down. I told Krystall calmly this was the 2nd time I had a negative experience at the store and she just looked away, shook her shoulders and give me her card. I really feel for the other very nice who have to work for her. I believe in being kind whenever possible and in second chances but I won't be back to this Einstein's location (all the other one's in the LA county have been great btw).

Came 9am on a Friday and there was a line but it moved fast and got my order pretty quickly . The coffee was good. Ordered honey wheat bagel with strawberry Shmear . The bagel was good but they apply such a tiny thin layer of shmear. Taste a lot of bagel but barely anything else. I probably wouldn't come back . Not worth my money..

Seriously, folks. You have more workers here than toaster ovens, and what happens is you have a backlog of orders just for toasted bread. I waited 20 MINUTES to get ONE plain bagel. Turns out you ran out of plain bagels, so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for a transaction that should've taken half this time, even on a busy Saturday morning. Buy more toasters!

Worst customer service experience ever. They gave away my pre order when I arrived there early around 8:30am. So now I'm trying to replace my order with bagels. Then their manager or whoever says they need a specific bagel for an order and literally takes it from my box and gives it to the manager??!!!. Her reasoning is because they paid already??!! So now I don't have that specific bagel. Finally to top it off, the lady says "Don't play the blame game"? Who in the hell trained these people. Never going to this location. Bunch of fools running this place. I should have looked at the Yelp reviews before I ordered and realized these employees are incompetent.

The bagels are pretty good most of the staff is very friendly-- However they start to close the shop down way in advance of their 2 o'clock closing time, more like closer to 1 o'clock. As for "ambiance" they turn all the chairs upside down around 1:00 and cover the bins, they hardly have any bagels left anyway, and it's very uninviting, they might as well close earlier, that's what they're telling their customers How about you try closing your tables down at 2:00 when you close the store at 2:00? It's just rude.

Came in for my first time and waited in line as expected. Betty the host (as it says on my receipt) wasn’t helpful nor welcoming. I try not take times like this personal as we all might have a bad day but when asking for her recommendation on coffee, she simply said I don’t drink coffee. You order first then pay, cashier wasn’t helpful either and instead of offering to make it combo, which I realized after, she let me pay full price for my orange juice. The atmosphere is really nice and you can smell the bagels from outside. I won’t be coming back to this location and hope the workers are in a better mood for future customers that do come here.

Once again breakfasts was ruined. I am allergic to onions and absolutely hate capers. But love their lox bagel. I clearly order mine without onions and bagel, I express my self twice that I was allergic to onions and no bagel. When I get home my lox bagel has no tomatoes but is full on capers and onions. I mean packed. It almost felt intentional. There has been four separate incident at this particular Einsteins were they messed up my order. You lost my business.

Nothing wrong with the quality. Just be cautious when ordering from them through food delivery services. We ordered 2 bagels, were charged for 2 bagels and received only 1. I called to confirm if one of the bagels was left behind at the restaurant. The employee I spoke to confirmed it was their error and referred me to the delivery service company for a refund. Probably best for in person pick up if time permits.

Ok they're not "real" bagels already - not boiled. But I still came here occasionally, since it's still "tasty rolls" . But NOW - I stopped in today - and they no longer have lox/cream cheese "schmere" containers - and you can't even order lox cream cheese on a bagel! Are you kidding me? Has to be one of the top 3 bagel toppings! Oh well, can't even come back occasionally now!
