We just used OC Repairs for Sub-Zero refrigerator service in Newport Beach a few weeks or so ago and all of a sudden our renters in Irvine complained that Kenmore oven was not getting hot any more. Called OC Repairs and just like the last time they dispatched Clayton, their local appliance repair technician within hours. He fixed the oven on the spot and also did Whirlpool dryer service! Very happy indeed with OC Repairs!

I just received my BMW X3 back after hitting large plastic debris on the freeway and damaging the front end. My X3 looks as good as new! Excellent job! My advisor, Erik Panosian, was absolutely outstanding! He kept me informed every step and responded immediately to every question and concern. I couldn’t be more pleased. I recently had to take my BMW X6 to AW Collision after a pretty unfortunate incident where I accidentally left it in neutral, and it rolled down the alley, crashing into another car. I was initially worried that my car was totaled and dreaded the thought of it being in the shop for a long time.
Thankfully, Erik Panosian and the team at AW Collision completely turned my experience around. In less than a month, they worked with my insurance to get full coverage for all the repairs. They sourced all the necessary supplies and did an incredible job fixing my car.
I've never had such a seamless experience with a body shop before. The professionalism and attention to detail at AW Collision are top-notch. They kept me updated throughout the process and ensured everything was done right and efficiently. When I picked up my car, it felt like I was getting a brand new vehicle back!
I can't recommend them enough. If you need bodywork done, AW Collision is the place to go!

I was rear ended in my 2017 Mercedes Benz C43AMG back in April. I've been in a few collisions and know the routine when it comes to accidents/insurance but I dont have a dedicated shop. This shop was recommended to me by one of my acquaintances at the gym. So I figured I would give them a shot.
Erik Panosian was my estimator. He made the entire process very simple and easy. When the other parties insurance didn't want to accept liability he advised me to use my own insurance so I could have my car repaired quickly. My car had been at the shop for a week and other insurance company (AAA) still had not sent an estimator!! My coverage includes a rental car but I have extra vehicles so I wasnt worried about that. Erik did ensure that I was aware of this and even offered to booked my car rental AND have me picked up/dropped off if needed. STELLAR customer service. After I switched to using my own insurance my repairs were done fairly quickly (about 12 days). Although the damage didn't seem like much, the only visible damage was scuffed bumper and the rear quarter panel was folded near the tail light, the damages totaled $12k!! My entire back bumper and left side panel running the length of my car were completely replaced with new parts. My car looks brand new, you would never be able to tell it was in an accident.

Great service provided by AW Collision. Miguel Garcia and Eric Panosian took good care of me and my BMW. When I picked up my car, I was happy to see that it looked exactly that same as prior to being hit. The color match was perfect and
my car was pristine inside and out.
