Enterprise on Fair Oaks Avenue, Pasadena has been my "go to" for car rental for more than a decade (business and personal). The staff is dedicated to making sure customers are completely satisfied, and I am glad to say that has been so for me over the years.The location is easy to find, I appreciate pick up/drop off service. The vehicles are always clean and ready. The office is neat and clear, and again the staff always focused on customer service and satisfaction. Thanks Enterprise

I came out to California with my girlfriend for the first time. I rented a sport car, and Justin was able to place me into an Audi 5!!! Justin was very professional and his customer service skills are completely astonishing! Then on top of that, I was unable to return the vehicle to the South Pasadena location… but Justin was able to accommodate and saved me a lot of money. Thank you Justin, you’re the best! Please choose this location when visiting the LA area!

I left some items behind in a rental car glove compartment and when I realized the error I called this location and asked them to retrieve the items and to hold them for me. The employee I spoke with said he was holding onto them personally when in reality he just dumped them in a lost and found box (one of them was a work badge I need to gain access to my office). A week later, I go to retrieve the items and one of them was stolen because apparently they let anyone just take whatever they want from the lost and found box. The one item I lost is irreplaceable by the way, so thanks for that Enterprise. I understand I am at fault for leaving the items in the first place but a little more communication next time would be appreciated? Tell me that you're just dumping my stuff in a box and letting anyone comb through it and take whatever they want. That way I'll know to take my business elsewhere. This is the only recourse I have so forgive me if you've read this far and you're annoyed I'm not talking about their actual rental car service. One more thing I forgot, the employee working there the day I tried to retrieve the items offered me a pair of ray-bans as an exchange? What the hell is going on over there? Isn't that the exact same thing that happened to me? Did you give someone my item to cover for some screw up you made earlier? I'm sick of this garbage and I'm never coming back here again.

I really hate when companies waste your time when you're spending money at their business. Long time Enterprise renter, mainly for work related meetings (my partner works overnight at hospital so occasionally I'll rent a car), and I use my business debit card for the expense (both I and my work location are .5 mile from this location) Had an important meeting early morning Wednesday, called in to reserve car for pick up the day before. Showed up to my appt, but then told by Shawn(or something idk) that I couldn't rent without a credit card. When I questioned him about it, then he said that I could rent but I had to be local. Then when I said I was local he said he needed my paystubs and utility bill (I did show them these things my first time renting, when I said that - he said I had to do it every time I rented....what? I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he was the manager (I doubt that. It's ok I'm going to follow up with corporate and will confirm that tomorrow). I'm sure it's no skin off your back to have random requirements (I can't help but feel like I was being discriminated against) and to waste a customers time, as most car rental places were closed by the time I found out the random rule. But this was super messed up, and now I'll be paying $100 on Uber fees. Thanks. Enterprise plus member, but never use Enterprise again.

I've rented 3 cars recently from Enterprise, the first was from the Colorado Blvd. location and that car was old and had stains everywhere. I also had to wait 45 mins to even get in it when I picked it up. At THIS location, I've had 2 super clean vehicles and have been in and out with the car in less than 10 minutes. The staff is super nice and clearly they are held to a bit of a higher standard here. The manager even texted me near the end of my last reservation to check in on things. Happy to be renting from this location again while my car is in the shop.

This is the worst car rental place experience. They wanted me to pay for damage that was written down on previous rental agreements. I told them the damage was already there. When I first rented the car, all the cars were a foot away from each other and it was not noticeable due to unable to lean down and check the bottom. Trying to be honest I told them about the damage on delivery, now they want me to pay for it. I asked for the previous 3 rental agreements, it was listed as existing damage on previous rental agreements before I got the car. Very dishonest and people and not willing to listen even though the damage was marked down before. Renter beware check your entire car, if they want to rush you and have you pay for other people's damage.

Rented a car from this branch and a few things A. Car that was rented to me smelled like vomit after having it a few days( the air freshener wore off I guess) It was so bad I was starting to get headaches. B. The car had a scratch in the windshield that turned out to be a crack. Which got bigger little by little after cleaning the windshield with a squeegy a couple times. I believe water got inside the crack and the heat made it expand, thus cracking it further. I am being charged for this damage that I had nothing to do with. I am going to get to the bottom of this but I will not pay for damage I didn't even cause !! I have a garage and drove to the beach a few times .. THATS IT ! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AS ALL THEY HAVE IS EXOTIC CARS. I ONLY RENTED FROM HERE BECAUSE THE AUTO SHOP SENT ME THEREThis is in no way a reflection on the employees. They did a good job considering the circumstances.

Needed to rent an SUV to help my elderly, disabled neighbor move and comfortably drive her to her family's in Sacramento. I live closer to the Alhambra Enterprise, But chose to come to this one because I had a bad experience there a few months ago and the service was terrible. I reserved my car, was called that morning to confirm, and when I got there was offered two options, had polite and efficient service, completely no-hassle. The price quote was fair and with unlimited mileage. Awesome. It was the quickest I think I've ever gotten out of a rental car place! Returning the car was just as easy and even faster. The service was excellent. I'll never go to another place for car rental in the future! Thanks Brendan
