Esteem Cleaners did a great job cleaning our drapes. I worked with Conrad who picked up, delivered and reinstalled the drapes. He was super nice, very professional and accommodating to my schedule. I will definitely use them again!

Great cleaning, but too expensive. $11 to dry clean a t-shirt is too much. There’s a 100% surcharge increase for so-called designer brands. You’d have to take advantage of the free pick up and delivery to make it come even close to being worth the price. The storefront is clean and the customer service is great, but most of it is superfluous if they can’t compete with others on price (especially since you’re paying for the same type of dry cleaning you can get anywhere else).

I had my blazers sleeves altered because the were too long. Other places were asking for double the price I paid at Esteem. I am very happy with the work. I am disappointed with myself because they dry cleaned it and I don’t recall asking for it. Nonetheless, the alteration was stellar!

They were efficient and very friendly! I came in to get two dresses hemmed and a couple holes patched and everything looks perfect! They were helpful and very communicative. I had asked for them to be ready in two days and everything was ready the same day as well.

1. This shop is charging clothes by brands and fabric. For some clothes, the price is gonna be double or even triple than the standard price they posted in their store.
2. Their compensation policy is cattish compared with their expensive charge - they only will compensate the cloth they think the brand is real, and their judgment is gonna be the final decision, no excuses.
3. They don’t like to give you an estimate if your clothes that need to wash are too much. They will say that they are expensive and for belt on coat they will charge extra. I’ve got 15 coats needs to be wash and I asked three time to get an estimate from them.
