Nuria was sweet and knowledgeable went above and beyond to make sure my package got where it was going safely and in tact she covered all of the previous postage and taped it and rearranged so package would fit best. I appreciate her warm demeanor and expertise. I will come back to this location for future shipping and printing!

Thank you for being considerate and efficient whenever I go there to use printing, print to go, copier, shipping and receiving transactions. Victoria was especially helpful the last visit I had; due to disability I cannot carry and hold above a certain amount and I was helped with a dolly for big heavy boxes that required shipping. Thank you for your time and kindness! Efficient.

I came again around 3:40 today to drop off a package and Fernando helped me. He was very helpful and pleasant. The employees here are always really polite and have good customer service and I never have to wait long.

Have been here a couple times to drop off some boxes to be delivered. Never had an issue. This time I went and the worker tells me they can't ship the boxes as is and they need to be in another box. So my options are to pay for them to box them for me or to box them myself and come back. I decided to go with a third option of going to a different FedEx and dropping them off with no issues. On the way to the other FedEx location I called the company I was shipping to because it was their branding on the box that the guy told me why couldn't be delivered, the company told me the boxes are completely compliant with FedEx. This company gets hundreds of deliveries a day with their boxes from FedEx. Oh well.

This is a review of FEDEX's delivery service when I purchase something online and FEDEX is the courier. After a year, I'm finally tired of your BS. (Bad Service) 1. They are consistent. They will leave my package outside on the busy sidewalk for anyone to take because they "don't use phones or texting to deliver". Our building doesn't have an access code system but every other delivery service from See's candy to Amazon seems to have no problem delivering my packages. They text or call and within 60 seconds, the door is open.2. They will try to deliver once and then they return the package to the sender without me even knowing they tried to deliver because, well, they don't use phones or texting and tracking the package isn't detailed enough like say, Amazon, where you get notices that your package is just 9 stops away.I do my best to find out which courier will be delivering my online purchases before I place my orders. It's an inconvenient step to take but at least if I know FedEx is not involved, I will have a much higher chance at receiving it. Granted, the UPS driver on my route is extremely rude and sits sometimes for over an hour outside chatting on the phone before delivering my packages, but he does deliver them.
