If you need to upload or print anything remotely important, go literally anywhere else. They force you to choose an amount of time on the computer and if you go past it, you *can't add more money*--the computer simply kicks you off and the big video upload that you just spent 42 minutes is dead. The stupidity is mind-blowing. And then you have to get in line so they can refund the entire session. On top of that, the keyboards are ridiculously bad. Not sure what business they think they're in, but the frustrated and kind staff deserve better. They can barely help the customers through a remedial system.

10 stars for Michael, who helped me ship my packages today. He's the kind of person you always hope will help you and is so rare to actually find! A real human being, who is knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional. I feel like people like this make your day because what could have been a dull or frustrating encounter actually gives you hope in humanity. Walked out of there with everything taken care of and a great interaction as well. Thank you Michael!!

Thank you to Teresa for the 5-star service she provided! I was at a conference at the Pasadena Convention Center where my organization had a table/booth. We thought we were prepared but realized that our poster was useless. We needed a poster stand, foam board.., something. I arrived at the store, took a deep breath, and asked Teresa about solutions. We agreed upon the foam board. She dropped what she was doing and got it done in less than 20 minutes. The manager (I think he was the manager) showed me where to find easels for my newly hooked-up poster. I was able to quickly get back to the conference without missing a beat. The poster looked great, by the way. Thanks again, Teresa. You were truly a lifesaver!

This is a five-star review for Michael!! I needed help with printing a zine and he really came through with his copying expertise. This indie soul at FedEx brought me a ruler, glue stick, and a proportion wheel, which he even showed me how to use. Walked me through the whole copying and printing process with kindness. I mean! Thank you, Michael!!!! So glad to have worked with you!

Michael assisted me with shipping a parcel internationally. He went above and beyond to ensure my parcel was properly packaged and went over every detail with me. He also set me up with some complimentary shipping envelopes, I believe they're the FedEx ground polybags, and explained how I qualified for them. Michael has assisted me on several occasions and has always went the extra mile. He is professional,knowledgeable and highly personable!

Attempted delivery 12/8 and 12/9... stated on door tag it was not delivered bc I was not home. I was home all day both days. I went to track the package and it said it was "delayed. Expected delivery 12/19."Went to store for 12/19 pick-up. Not there. They said it was only on hold for 5 days. Showed them the tracking update on their website. They were confused too. Shows that it was "undeliverable" again on 12/19 at 07:11 AM. And that new delivery date was 12/20. Told me to call 800 number. Called customer service, they told me that the package should be in store. Told them it wasn't bc I just left the store. They said they would look into it.Received email 12/20 saying the shipment is being sent back to sender. Called them and I explained the time frame above. Lady went silent on me for over a minute so I hung up to call back. I called back and got an automated message saying I could not get any more information on the shipment. They blocked any calls regarding the tracking number. Lol. That is the newest low. FedEx is great when things go well. When issues arise, just consider your package gone. People are nice though.

Incredible customer service. Cesar offered to help me the minute I walked in the door. Both he and Mayra arranged for an oversized printing down the street at another Fed Ex when the in-house oversized printer was down. Really outstanding employees. Very happy with the service and the end product.

I came here to return something and they couldn't process it because their system was down. The lady just told me to come back another day as if I have all the time in the world to keep coming back whenever they decide to get their act together. Wouldn't come to FedEx if I didn't have to. Definitely recommend UPS if you have the option

Need assistance sending some clothes internationally (Canada). Filled out a description of goods and country of origin and the associate forgot to include it with the shipment. Tried calling FedEx headquarters and got nowhere. The shipped goods a week later are being returned to me and now I am being told to "try sending again." Personally, I wouldn't ever send anything internationally with FedEx ever again. The customer support is terrible and the employees don't care enough to do their job well. 0/5 stars.

Well I wish I could give them ZERO stars as all the other snarky ppl on here do. Hou we have a problem. I feel like I was racially discriminated against. I went in there sick as a dog but even dogs have to do their work. So I asked this guy a question he answered by saying,"Same thing I told her". This was an employee. Well why can't you just answer my question the same way you ANSWERED HERS? Maybe I didn't HEAR what you just told HER! Maybe I did but that seems pretty shoddy. Why don't you just answer a customer's question? Is it bc I'm white? Michael is very nice and helps technophobes like me

Elsa helped me with my package today 8/2 at 3ish pm and was very helpful and kind. There was no wait for me. She's a very good employee and I would come back for my shipping needs because of her =)
