Oh make sure you keep your receipts! I came here to take passport pics for passport expiring within the month. I have a trip planned and found out the pictures are not valid. Came back to FedEx as soon as I found out to inform the staff. Girl in the front with a lot of energy stated I need to prove I took the pictures there by showing the receipt. Well, I trusted the employees knew what they were doing so I didn’t keep the receipt 3 months later when I found out pictures were invalid. FYI to everyone going there to purchase passport pictures. Staff is not fully trained. I had to repurchase pictures for my passport, and now my passport is delayed!

When you use your Credit/Debit card to make copies, or what have you, there is a $10 hold put on your card , even if your purchase was just $1.00. They should inform you ahead of your purchase, or at least have the proper signage in place, so you are aware and can make an informed decision from there if you wish to proceed. That's good business.

Manager is rude and on a power trip. Also if FedEx followed delivery instructions and brought the package to my mail room, I wouldn’t have had to come to this location in the first place. Bad experience all around.

Consistently the absolute worst customer service of all shipping centers. Never coming back. Gabriella, specifically, is terribly inconsiderate.

Needed to return an item online, so I did it at this location. Called ahead to see what was needed. Spoke to Taylor, such kind friendly service. Came down dropped off my item with ease. I definitely will be back! Very professional, helpful and clean setting.!

Usually they are pretty good except for this one staff keep saying I can’t ship with a box style that I have been shipping with for years, he kept saying it’s a shoe box. What is worst is he would mixed up my shipping labels and put the wrong labels on the wrong shipment..he needs more training for sure.

Is the Fed Ex/Kinkos on Los Robles under new management? This used to be my go to for all shipments. I didn’t even mind paying extra. They no longer have any business of mine and I live on the same street! They are so rude and nit picky with boxes and labels. UPS is so much more helpful.

I've had positive interactions the past couple of times I've been to this Fedex, mainly to mail equipment. Getting the QR code online makes it very easy and same with printing and picking up. The quality of printing has always been pretty good for the most part as long as I stay in the margins. Fedex pricing is a little high compared to other mail carriers but they will package everything for you which is a great plus.

Well now I see why this location has horrible reviews. Because the manager Charles wouldn't let me ship a ground shipping in a FedEx express container. It's specifically states on the FedEx website then you can use any container from FedEx to ship any FedEx packaging whether it's express or ground except in the FedEx one rate shipping category. He then started questioning me and my integrity and what was on the FedEx website after I stood in line waiting 20 minutes for a receipt. I will be filing a complaint with FedEx directly about the store and this manager. Since he wants to have an attitude with a woman. I am sure if I were a man he would've said nothing. Now I see why FedEx is going under an UPS is doing such a great job and one of the top companies. I will be using UPS from now on.

Charles did us a HUGE favor when we were in need of last minute posters for our event. He pulled together 4 different stores to get us 300 posters in 5 hours notice. Thanks for saving the day!
