Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a FedEx Print location. The staff was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. They messed up my order, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me I had to pay again for their mistake. This is unacceptable — customers should not be charged for errors made by the staff. I will never come back to this location and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Employees behind the counter care more about talking and laughing with each other than greeting customers waiting in line for service. I waited for a good 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me
Manager/supervisor (shorter guy with beard) is also rude and passive aggressive, unhelpful.
I would go out of my way to avoid this FedEx location

I’m giving this FedEx store a five-star review because of the help I received from Michael today.
Earlier, I went to another FedEx to take a passport photo. I thought it would be a standard process, so I asked for multiple copies without checking them first. But the printed photos had rounded corners, which didn’t meet the square, sharp-cornered format I needed.
I asked the staff if they could reprint them, but they said rounded corners were their standard and no one had problem with it before. Since the photos were already printed, I paid and left.
These photos are really important to me, and I was afraid they might cause delays to my application if they didn’t meet the requirements. Even though I had other appointments later and retaking them would be costly, I still decided to try another FedEx. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made this year.
I’m so grateful to Michael. After seeing my photos and receipt, he immediately understood the issue and helped me retake and crop them quickly and professionally. He was so kind, efficient, and so friendly. I got perfect photos and made it to my next appointment on time.
To him, it may have just been part of his job, and he probably didn’t realize how much it meant to me, but his help truly saved me. I can’t thank him enough.

The location is excellent and there is a convenient parking lot behind the building (not off Colorado), which made it easy to unload some large, pre-labeled boxes. the space itself is clean and well-maintained.
The customer service experience was not good - was there on behalf of my company (which manages a significant FedEx account and sends a high volume of shipments.) While I didn’t require hands-on help, I did ask to borrow a cart to bring in heavy packages (rather then making multiple trips to my car and I also have a bad back) and the response felt like I was inconveniencing the staff, than simply asking for a standard courtesy. There were carts empty & available, so the hesitation and tone felt unnecessary.
When I did interact with the same staff member again to ask a question while dropping them off, I was met with an assumption about what I was going to ask, which turned out to be incorrect, and it came across as condescending. I was fully prepared, with all labels printed and packages ready to go, yet the overall tone made me feel like a burden. Not going to mention his name, but recommend some refresher training in basic customer service.

My man Michael at the store was extremely helpful. It can be hit or miss with some fedex stores but if you come to this one Michael can help you out with whatever you need.

On November 2nd, 2024 - For my grandfather's funeral, I needed to print a letter size card stock folded program. Went in spoke to the manager and got immediate service and care. They even printed a sample of my pdf on card stock to make sure I was happy with the results. The manager suggested two types of paper and that was tremendously helpful. When I came back, they were still working on folding the programs but they were busy. One of the employees spotted that I was waiting for the folding to complete, she went and folded the rest herself. I really appreciate that greatly because she made me feel my project was important. I felt what I got, and in the speed I got and the best quality for the money, it was a great value. I would recommend this store and great job at taking great care of their customers.

This business is clean and organized. Plenty of room to sit and do whatever you need to do. The service is outstanding. Everyone, and especially Jesus, was very willing to help me while I was there. Thanks so much! It sure is nice to have friendly helpful staff!! ??
