It was expensive but the service was worth it. We needed programs printed for a funeral the next day. Teresa was extremely helpful and professional. She explained our options clearly and tried multiple settings until we were happy with the print. She gave options for pricing and even helped us safe some money. Thank you so much Teresa for your effort and consideration at a difficult time.

Worst customer service ever. Asked for help and the staff was so rude. Never coming back, don't try this place if you're trying to print out something creative. They won't have the patience to even give size references! It was one specific employee, he had a beard. Don't know his name, but the manager should talk to him about how he treats customers.

I don't feel good about this visit. I don't think I should have been charged a $2.50 surcharge for a .75 print job. The rep could have just told me how to use self-service printing. I didn't appreciate that at all.

I was provided excellent front counter service from Michael 5/12/23 at 5.10pm. He was very meticulous, patient and courteous. Thank you very much for the impeccable excellent service. A role model employee.

Worst customer service. Please someone close this location down. People working here are always grumpy, absolutely no acknowledgement when customers walk in. Over priced on shipping, printing and products.I went a few doors down to a copy center by the name of Printing and Copies ( completely the opposite )I hope someone read this !

Really disappointed in their service. I called first to ask the price of color copies and was given a price, when I went to pick it up the price had increased 50% above what I was quoted and surcharges were added that I was unaware of. Due to time constraints I ended purchasing the copies, but I could have gotten them at 1/2 the price down the street. I asked them to honor the price that I was quoted but they didn't. I guess the initial call had been rerouted to a call center outside California. In summary, I was switched and bait. I will never go back again.

Courtesy update, using the print center here to print documents onsite now results in a $15.00 ‘same day fee’ on top of your print charges. Why you may ask? Because Covid……… the employee assisting me also failed to mention this until after she had finished printing my documents. Save your money and go to UPS.

We walked in there and faced an animalistic attitude from the lady bleached behind lady behind the counter. She was telling us with a very bad approach, how the labels are outsourced and they will charge $59.00 to set up, on and on. We said fine, understood, not a problem. We said can you give us a price? A rough estimate would do. She said it will be around $1.50 per sheet and we have to cut the labels out of the sheet. What???? She definitely wanted to get rid of us.This is corporate America for you.Rudeness was beyond being rude.

personally giving this 5 star review to MICHAEL. we came in with 10 boxes to ship and he was extremely kind and helpful, even let us use their tape gun. everything went smoothly and quick - the only fedex i'll go to from now on especially if michael's working

I'm giving this 5 stars for only one reason. The gentleman about 55 years old that has worked there a very longtime, very short hair. Should be doubled his pay, he has always been so easy, professional and functions so great in his job there. Super individual! Thanks.

I've had to stop by here a few times in the last couple of weeks for an emergency/ last minute print job for my business. The first time I stopped in was okay- quick, painless service. The next time, I was having trouble using their computer and when I finally was able to hunt someone down, they were very hesitant to help me. She questioned whether I actually needed her help or not and was clearly very irritated when I asked her to please come take a look. I was running out of time and needed to get on with my day so I left when she basically said they couldn't help me and I should look into their online services. I came home, checked online and realized that I wouldn't be receiving my print job in time for the event I needed it for if I ordered it online. I phoned this Fedex location to see if there was anything they could do for me. I was put on hold for a long time before they said they would have to call me back- to which I responded "okay but pleeeeease don't forget because this is actually really important and I need this print job within 24 hours". I received no call back. I went in there today with a file designed and ready for print. Again, everyone I spoke with displayed a hesitation to help (and I've observed the same behavior watching them interact with other customers). They pointed me to their computers and said I could do it myself for cheaper and when I said I didn't mind paying extra they reluctantly gave me an email address to send my file to. Upon looking at my file (which turned out to be too large of a size for immediate printing- my fault/ but something a professional print shop should be able to handle), in a very long winded, unprofessional, roundabout way- this last gentleman I dealt with told me he couldn't help me (but only after I asked, "are you saying you can't help me? Because that's really all I need to know"). I left and went into the nice little print shop next door where they had me email them my file and happily told me they would have my order ready by tomorrow morning. SO EASY. I cannot believe the terrible customer service I've experienced in this establishment. It's just mind blowing. I'm sure, of course it's hit-and-miss, but in my experience so far it's been mostly miss and extremely stressful. I honestly am completely baffled.
