I was trying to print out my poster that day, a worker in the store helped me with all the process I need to do, he is so nice and enthusiastic. I will rate this experience the highest point!

Very good? Comfortable atmosphere. The staff is very polite and printing is very cheap. I printed 20 sheets and it only cost 3.7?

I needed to get some copies and fax some important papers today. I entered the store and was greeted by a smile and a hello from the staff. I had some questions concerning the fax machine that were quickly answered. The fax machine quickly processed my papers. I took the readout to the front desk and payed my bill. The staff member explained the charges and I was ready to leave. While I was there, I noticed the staff was following all local and state pandemic protocols. There is a parking lot in the back, as well as street parking available. A good experience. I just stopped in again and wanted to update My experience at this location. I talked with Jerry on the phone to check on the extra service that I needed. He was very helpful in explaining what I should do and a good time to come in for help. On the day that I went there I was graciously helped by Fernando. Excellent service once again. I am very impressed with the training program that FedEx must have in place, to train their staff. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Nuria was sweet and knowledgeable went above and beyond to make sure my package got where it was going safely and in tact she covered all of the previous postage and taped it and rearranged so package would fit best. I appreciate her warm demeanor and expertise. I will come back to this location for future shipping and printing!

Thank you for being considerate and efficient whenever I go there to use printing, print to go, copier, shipping and receiving transactions. Victoria was especially helpful the last visit I had; due to disability I cannot carry and hold above a certain amount and I was helped with a dolly for big heavy boxes that required shipping. Thank you for your time and kindness! Efficient.
