I would like to thank Demetri for his kindness and professionalism. In addition he went above and beyond to make sure my chair was clean because I recently had a total knee replacement surgery. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this Firestone, location. Thanks again Demetri.

brought my car to be serviced at this firestone and i was kind of nervous because usually my dad takes care of this stuff for me and i don’t want to get played or sold stuff i didn’t need. Karissa up in the front was super nice and patient and took the time to break it all down for me and i really appreciate her being so direct and knowledgeable. i’ll definitely keep coming back here for any other services my car might need. thanks!

Zero star only to this store and custom service! We have let Firestones @Baldwin park and Arcadia take care of cars of our family for over ten years. Although some more expensive, they did nice job, treated us respectfully, and earned our trust. Recently my car had some small Freon leakage (last a few days after every recharge), As Arcadia Firestone is not certified to work with Freon, they recommended the Pasadena store. I went to this Pasadena store without hesitate because of this long-term trust. However, this turned out to be a nightmare. They misdiagnosed the issue and charged me thousands $ to replace condenser. My AC still didn't work, after THREE visits to this store, they told me to go to dealer to fix compressor seal. They also didn't put back and lost two caps for Freon service port. I was very upset, and filed complain to Firestone custom service. A guy called me (626 number) and only offered partial refund. Worst of worst, he treated me very rudely, he talked like a dictator, no wiliness to listen to my explanation. He literally yelled at me couple times during the phone call because he thinks I shouldn't talk without his permission. Really awesome way of doing business and treating long-term customer!

I would not recommend anyone to go to this Pasadena branch. They always miss something or do terrible job on what they do. I've had back-to-back issues with them, and the biggest problem is they alway blame on you for any issues they make.
Last time I visited, they told me they could not perform alignment because there was an issue with my car. So I had to waste my time finding what's the issue was with Hyundai service center, and another Firestone branch performed alignment, and there was nothing wrong with my car.
This time, I thought they did everything fine at first, but my car started to make a huge noice lat er that night when driving 30mph or higher. Next day, I had to bring my car and waited for 4 hours to get a fix for something they missed, and later they blamed me that I might have hit something, but I barely drove my car before I brought my car back to this branch.

I took my car to get a wheel alignment because the car drifted slightly while driving. The tech did such a terrible job with the alignment, not only did they not fix the drifting, but the steering wheel was now off center. I had to steer at least 10 degrees to the right just to drive straight. I had to bring the car to another place to get it properly aligned and they found the wheels were so misaligned, they were in the red zone and one was off the scale. I am not sure if this was a new tech, but they definitely need to be trained better.

I went there because they had a good deal on tires. They said I need to get my brakes and rotors change and said it was going cost $1100 " out the door" for the brakes. I went to a couple of mechanics and even the Toyota dealer ship and still their price was higher than anywhere else, not only that but at least at the Toyota dealer there were going to use Toyota parts not some Generic brand. They said I needed to change my brakes ASAP both near and front. I save $800 hundred dollars by not choice Firestone Complete auto care. I didn't need to change my rotors, I didn't even have to resurface them, not just that but I only needed to change the front brakes, the rear don't need to be change for a while. Shame on you guys for trying to sell me things I didn't need. People are always trying to come out, that's not fair the the clients who trust you.

the people at this location are extremely nice and helpful. Forthcoming with information and if you don't need a service they don't recommend it. They explain what is going on with your car, let you know the best and safest thing to do and let you decide what to do with items that are not as consequential. which is part of the reason I find them trustworthy, this is my fifth time getting my car serviced with them. Trust is a big issue with car mechanics and I have full faith and trust in the techs at this shop they are professionals. remember they give you all the facts and let you decide. Thanks guys ! you do stellar work
