The store layout is great! Lots of new merchandise and great set up. I came in to make a return and was kindly asked to wait for the manager. The staff was very kind and attentive.

Went here today (Sunday) and there was about 3 employees. Two out of the theee were on their phones. We asked for a size of a shoe. Salesperson brought us half the pair and left. She disappeared. We wanted to try another pair, or shoe lol but no one was to be found. Some other customers came in but they weren't helped either. When they didn't have our size, they didn't offer to check other stores or help us order it online. Horrible customer service. Management should review the cameras and see what they're paying for.

Rather large Foot Locker in Pasadena. Good selection. Many sale items. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth a visit.

Rude workers + inventory's nothing special= never coming back here. Believe the reviews, people. My husband went up to a girl to ask her to get a size shoe for him (so, basically expecting her to do her job) and she was going on and on to another rude worker about an experience she had with a previous customer. Honestly, you shouldn't be talking bad about customers in front of other customers. Both of them made him stand there for longer than he needed to. When they finally looked up, they acted like he was rudely interrupting them. When she finally came back, she just handed him the box (the wrong size) and walked away without a word. But not before shooting me a look up and down like, like "what, you wanna say something to me?" We walked out of the store appalled, wondering why the people working there make you feeling aggro or like you have to apologize for bothering them. Basic manners that mama should have taught were definitely lacking, not to mention the utter absence of the concept of customer service. THIS. This is why brick and mortar businesses fail and online commerce almost always wins out.

This store is the worst and has horrible customer service. They never answer calls and when do they click. This location needs to update employees because they are rude!
