I went in there to purchase clubs after my fitting and it started off rocky but Matt helped me get all the clubs I need. Went above and beyond as far as customer service goes and he is very knowledgeable. Make sure when you go in for clubs you ask for Matt!

I went in for an iron fitting knowing nothing at all really about golf. The employee that helped me out, also named Matt, was a great help. I talked with him during the fitting and he was able to tell by my terrible swing that I was a new player and point me to a solid set of clubs within my budget so I could start playing golf seriously for the first time. He wasn’t mean about it, just straightforward and not condescending at all which I appreciated. He was also kind enough to refund my fitting for me since it wasn’t a normal fitting. I would recommend this place to any new players looking to get into golf.

First time fitting at this location, and I will be back to have my next set of irons fit here as well. I went in with decent knowledge of which driver I was looking to add, but looking to try out different shaft options. We found out quickly that Regular shafts are not for my swing and we went from there. There was no rush, no push, just straight up fitting for my style. I left a very happy golfer. I would recommend coming in here for your fittings!

At this point I've gone to this Golf Galaxy for many years, spent a lot of money, and become a Gold member. I've traded in clubs for store credit numerous times. Yesterday I walked in to trade in some irons for store credit so I could buy a new rangefinder, and the manager told me they only take trade ins for immediate purchases of the same clubs. So since I was trading in an iron set I could only buy an iron set. I told the manager this didn't make sense because I'd gotten store credit before and he said "That's the policy here, go to Roger Dunne instead." I called their corporate line where they assured me this isn't the policy and that they would call this store to reeducate them on store policies. I did end up going to Roger Dunne, their biggest competitor, and sold my clubs there as well as buying a new rangefinder as well.I won't stop going to Golf Galaxy generally, but I do hope this store manager enjoys his reeducation. Sending loyal longtime customers to your biggest competitor is a hell of a business strategy.

Asked one sales associate if they had any small cadet right handed gloves and he said they do t make that size. Didn’t help me with a replacement, didn’t help me with ordering one. Guy was a real douche bag! Poured a lot of money into this place. Staff sucks at this location. I’ll take my business to Roger Dunn!!!

Great selection of products, use rewards program, easier to gain points, golf class with Rick was amazing, great teacher. Highly recommend taking classes with Rick.

I purchased an expensive Bushnell rangefinder at this store. I did not keep the receipt. The rangefinder fell apart. I took it back to the store and asked them to look up my purchase since I'm always required to provide a phone number/email address. I was told that had no record of purchases more than 90 days old. I was also told they could not help and that I should just contact Bushnell. I spoke to the assistant manager and manager. I was treated rudely. I have spent thousands of dollars at that store.; Never again will I buy anything from Golf Galaxy. My opinion is that everyone should do the same.

Went to golf galaxy to buy club while standing there for a salesman all they did looked at me turn the other way walked away what my money not good enough or because I was a Mexican that I shouldn’t have been there shopping never I’ll shop there again

First off, Matt helped me out and was very helpful in selecting a hybrid to bridge my gap between driver and irons. He showed me a few options which completely differed from what I had in mind coming in. I was hitting a few different hybrids as Matt worked with other individuals, and another employee came by to tell me my time was up. When I asked the name of the gentleman who was helping me was (MATT), this other employee was very rude and basically told me "idk but he forgot about you". This guy was completely trash and has no business working at a golf store. Completely drives people away from an already difficult sport. On the other hand, big ups to MATT for being very helpful through the process.

Very nice selection of clubs. This place literally has everything. They also have a nice selection of gloves & bags. Prices are somewhat high but they have a very good selection on used clubs. Love the indoor golf simulator really nice touch.

Peter is an amazing resource at this location. Not only did he take the time to understand my needs as a new golfer, he was quick to suggest products and services that pushed me in the right direction.
