Marva is amazing. I've never had this kind of service from a pharmacy before. The drug I needed was in shortage. No one had it but she found it. Im never using anyone else again.

A friend suggested I call them to see if they had a medicine in stock that is back ordered at other pharmacies. They told me over and over again that they had it in stock only to give me a five minute rambling speech as to why they're not going to accept me as a customer. If you're not going to help someone, no need to rub it in and drag it out like that.

Words alone cannot express how much I love being a client of Anderson Pharmacy, but I will attempt a stab at it. I wasted four decades never understanding the pharmaceutical business and just accepted being treated like a line item at the major national chains that we've all heard of. One day, a friend of mine raved about his pharmacist who always went above and beyond for him. As I was just starting to go on some expensive brand-name drugs, I thought this was a good time to try a more personalized level of care, so I had an introduction call with the proprietor of Anderson Pharmacy after being referred from my friend. Never in my life have I felt so looked after, so cared for, so genuinely appreciated by a business. They treat my needs with the utmost compassion. Some of the drugs that I am on are in very short supply and very high demand. Other patients claim they cannot find them at any pharmacy, but Anderson Pharmacy takes care of me. They look out 4, 6, even 8 weeks in advance to make sure they can have my prescriptions in stock when I'm due for a refill. Insurance is another complicated aspect. I have good insurance, but it's not without its hiccups and pitfalls. Anderson Pharmacy applies every coupon, finds every deal for me without even me having to ask, and every discount they can possibly get for me to reduce my out-of-pocket costs. They coordinate with my doctor's office for prior authorizations, they make phone calls to my insurers and wait on hold, when any other pharmacy in the world would tell the patient to do that themselves. Try getting that level of service at CVS or Walgreens, where they obsess over cutting staffing hours. I never worry about anything, I've never been let down and I know they actually care about me as a person and my health care. I text them once per month, and they iron out all the billing issues that crop up and discreetly deliver all my rx's to my front door, even though I'm 30+ miles from their location. (They deliver all over the LA Metro area, btw.) With all the problems in the world today, at least I know I'm in amazing hands and I'll never go without my medications as long as I use Anderson Pharmacy. Use this pharmacy, and you'll discover a whole new world of care that you didn't know existed. Go. Now.

The BEST PHARMACY Ever! I've never experienced such caring thoughtful pharmacists than with Anderson. And they deliver! It feels like I am with a local pharmacy that actually knows and cares about you. They make you feel cared for and heard. They understand gender affirming care, which is a rarity! Highly recommend!!!! Shout out to Joanna, Marva, and Melvin!

There are pharmacies and THERE 6ANDERSON PHARMACY. The reason and difference is, LOVE. Yes, I have said it, the Love that emanates from the staff, originating from the owner Marva, is unparalleled. Please, stop CVS and Walgreens. Please give Anderson pharmacy the opportunity to serve your medication needs. Only then, will you know what is best.
