Been doing Uber with a weekly rental. Couldn't be more happier with the communication and service that I been receiving with hertz. Everything has been easy as come and go. The phone isn't available so I recommend going to the actual facility. Aliyah was my customer service Rep. Anything I needed or any questions I had she gave above & beyond service. When you arrive scan the barcode to get your place in line and you'll be helped whenever possible.

If you want to waste your entire morning on wanting to rent a car for uber, this is the right place for you!! All the workers (except 1) are on their phones taking care of their business before yours. Very unprofessional, in need of new management.

WOW.I got a phone call about a car I was willing to drive 4 hours to see.Asked the guy about the bad reviews.He said - it’s just my job to make the appt and block the car. I can’t tell you if the rep I connect you with will like their job or not.I declined the appt. Strange world …

I bought a used car here a few days ago.Joy Jackson, the person in charge, was very kind and helped me purchase a vehicle. Thanks to her, I was able to purchase a good vehicle at a reasonable price. The most unprofessional store in the earth for renting a car you have to wait more than 4 hours to speak to someone, cars broken no wipers no oil no spare tire.Plus the two managers they have George and Desiree don't do nothing to help if you experience any problem and if they promise you to credit you they'll never do

I went because it’s no haggle. I already had my check from my finance company. The staff was cool but the organization of paper work is horrible. It took 4 months to get my plates and tags. I contacted them 3 times. They must be using a 3rd party DMV service that can’t handle the work load. After a month of having the car they contacted me saying they needed to do a vin verification. The shortest time I’ve received Plates/Tags from a dealer is 13 days and the longest is MAYBE a month and a half. The car was a decent car but it started to sound like a used car that had been around for 10 years+ and the car was a 2020. By the time I finally received the plates/tags, I had already sold the car.

We bought a Jeep Wrangler from here in December. The environment was super chaotic and seemed like no one knew what was going on. They gave us our temporary plates which were supposed to be good for 3 months -- 3 months have passed, the temp plates have expired, and we have not received our real plates yet. We had a license agent look into it with the DMV and it turns out it's because Hertz submitted the information wrong. I haven't been able to drive my car in over 10 days because the license is expired. I have called them every day for the last week and a half and tried to get some assistance (the DMV said that was the only thing to do). I've left at least a dozen messages for the manager (who I've been informed is the only person who can help with this issue) and haven't gotten a call back. Let me repeat - I haven't been able to drive this vehicle in over 10 days. I don't have a way to get around. The least they could do is have the manager call me back - but at this point I think they are just avoiding the issue.This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. Would never recommend to anyone. Stay far, far away.

Hertz car sales in Inglewood is a freaking joke... I went shopping for a car on December 16, 2022... The car sales lady name was Ailu she showed me a few cars I test drove one and I really liked the car and I told Ailu I wanted to purchase the car and I wanted to put down $10,000.00 on the car. I was expecting to finance the rest of the loan with Hertz car sales. So Ailu and myself went inside she had me sit at her and she gather all the necessary documents that she needed from me, I even went outside to my car to give her a copy of my Insurance card. So she goes over to speak with the manager and comes back to tell me THE CAR HAD ALREADY BEEN SOLD! I then go to tell her how that is when you have that list of cars that's for sale. So she said they sell cars to a lot of dealerships, and the car I wanted had already been sold they just hadn't updated that list.So I go back in looking for another car at Hertz again in Inglewood on January 28,2022, met with a sales guy by the name of (Adrien) who is just as stupid ass hell.... So him and I went on a test drive, and I like the car I test drove told him I wanted to purchase this vehicle, and I want to put down $11,000.00 and I have a express check from my credit union. So he starts the paperwork I give him a copy of my car Insurance and write him a personal check for $11,000.00 so he puts my check though to see if the funds are there and come right back that funds are there. Adrien even said that fast because when people write a personal check, it takes a while before it comes back that they do have the funds to cover the check, but mines came right back. Adrien kept asking me if I wrote a lot of checks, and I said no, not from this account, but I have another checking where I write checks from.. He asked me like (3) times about me writing checks. So Adrien takes all my information to his manager, and then Adrien comes back and says, "WE DON'T TAKE EXPRESS CHECKS."" So the personal check I wrote and the express check came from my credit union, Wescom. So Adrien comes and told me the manager said they don't expect express checks, so Im like, why Hertz car sales don't take those so I asked for the manger so he comes over telling me the samething. I said, "What do I need to do to purchase this car today?" He said, "Bring me a cashier check from your credit union I said ok I even called my credit, put the phone on speaker so the manner at Hertz could hear me talk to Maisha from Wescom. It was to late in the day on Saturday because the credit union was closing soon. So then Adrien comes back and tell me he needs to know who I work for and how much I make a year and my social security number, told him I'm not giving them my personal information because my credit union if financing the car for me then I ask Adrien to have the manager to come back because I needed to know why would you need my personal information if Hertz isn't financing the car so the manager came back and said if I let you leave with the car you could drive it anywhere and not come back. I told him I wasn't taking the car, and I'm letting you hold my $11,000.00 check until I come back Tuesday with the cashier cashier check. I was waiting on the manager to give me a purchase order with the final total I told after my $11,000.00 down payment. The car I was trying to purchase was only $14,896.00. So they were taking forever to give me the purchase order. I had already been there like 6 hrs waiting. So I got up and told them to give me my check I was leaving.

Joy really brought the joy in buying my first car! She was quick in getting back to me over the phone before I came to the dealership to see the car in person. While at the dealership, she was extremely helpful, kind, funny, and truly put her customers first! I definitely would buy another car here and from her!

If you're going to the Uber rental part. And you have no problem experiencing unprofessionalism then this is definitely the place to go. You have employees threatening to beat up customer cursing out loud in the open like. There at a family barbecue and not at work you will sit and wait hours while they converse amongst one another you have to WAIT until there good ready to help you. This was the worse experience ever. I will not be doing business with this rental location ever again in life 970 Manchester Inglewood California. ?
