visited 5/30/25 at 7:30pm. Store already closed despite store hours listed to be open until 8pm. Called customer service and was told store should’ve been until 8pm and they have no info as to why it’s closed early. Upsetting as I had rushed over with a baby on foot.

Poor customer service. Visited the store in Pasadena on Sunday, May 4th, 2025.
At least five employees were working re-stocking the store at 11:00 am yet not a single one took the time to acknowledge the customers shopping.
Need more training, development and coaching for sure.

I chose to buy two pants and the lady present just looked at me and never took my pants and it didn't help me to pay for them either. Horrible service on the part of the cashier.
