Worst customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Was a first timer & after playing phone tag for about a week I gave up. You call and they say they're busy call back. What kind of business are you guys running? The lady on the phone is extremely rude. If you have a tax question or want to file take your business elsewhere. Many other places to choose from but sadly not this place.

The H\\u0026R Block located in the Mulilier Building on 957 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91106 was very welcoming and Vladimir whom I met with was very professional and knowledgeable. He took good care of me. I highly recommend them.
