The office staff is extremely professional, friendly and competent. The representative at the front desk always offered a friendly greeting, was genuinely willing and ready to help, and expeditiously handled any question or matter that I had. Overall, just a friendly and professional atmosphere - they make you, as the client, feel very important and valuable. My tax professional - Ms. Priti Gupta - is simply outstanding. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in tax code, efficient, professional and friendly. She advised me on a number of matters that will strengthen my tax position over the next 1-5 years. This is my second year as her client. I will be back seeking her services indefinitely. At the completion of my return, I feel confident that every aspect and potential advantage has been examined and applied. That’s all you can ask for in a tax professional.
