Their knowledgeable staff work with each other to provide customers what they need and beyond.
I went in for a rear cargo rack for a recent bike purchase. I tried to buy it from Amazon 3 times, and returned it for incomplete products and assembly tools.
The guys were very informative, including the height of the seat that affects my knees when riding.
They helped me find the right rack. They installed the rack with help from other expert techs to solve a minor issue, and helped me find a net instead of the bungy cord I would have purchased.
They even placed my backpack with laptop and battery on the rack securing it with the net on the rack.
These guys are my bike shop from now on. I'm going back for other items I need for my bike because I can rely on their expertise service and information to help me buy the right product for my bike. They welcome questions and help each other to provide answers to any questions. I love their team work, hospitality, and care for bikes and the products.
I highly recommend them. They're better than Santa Monica.

Best in town! Showed up late after closing with a blown out tire and was treated with great customer service! Thankyou to all staff especially Steve and Mikey who helped me thru this ordeal. I bike for work and they turned a 3 day estimate to less than 24 hours. Picked it up before work the next day! They Rock!
