“Last night (06/26/2026) we required a tow from Upland CA to Pasadena CA. It's always hit and miss with tow drivers, especially for a long drive. When our driver arrived, (Moises D - Service Call ID 572050) he introduced himself, shook our hands, and told us not to worry, he'd get us home safe. He was extremely careful with our car and was both comforting and reassuring. Not only that, he kept us laughing all the way home which is obviously something we hadn't done all day due to the car trouble.
