generally they have good customer and technical service but they tend to close early. so I’d suggest updating closing hours because I drove there to pick up something and the closed 40 minutes earlier.

Bad customer service by the girl in the front desk, always has a dog face and never says Thank you , please or you’re welcome. Im a frequent customer and each and every single time is unpleasant. Not sure if she’s an employee or the owner but Darling, be grateful. And you take the Mask mandate serious, but yet never seen you ever have one on. PUT ON YOUR MASK.

In the past I have recommended them in a heart beat. After today, not a chance. I went in for a external charger and they conned me all the way right out of $20. The charger is useless and I can't get my money back. Make sure you check everything and don't grab something new instead of what they were using.

I went in Pasadena store for unlocking the phone on March 2nd, 2020, and the lady in the store told me that the unlocking process takes up to 10 days and will call me when is ready to process. Then, I put down $100 deposit and leave the store, but during the waiting I have never receive a call or update from them. So, I went to the store again on March 14th, 2020 which is 12 days later, and the process is not ready yet. They said the manufacturer didn't open on weekend, but how about other 10 weekdays? They asked me to call them on Monday March 15th see if is ready to unlock or not. No, It's not ready, and I am still have to keep waiting. This is not what I expected when you said up to 10 days, but now is already 14 days. I will re-rate this after my phone is unlock. Best.

Did all he could for a phone I brought in, quick and excellent service and nice guy to talk to during the wait. Sadly took 2 stars off because the "fast" charging cable I bought for $15 was trash, it doesn't work on any of my fast chargers and there were signs that said no returns/refunds so I can't even get my money back, cry every time.

Great customer service and an amazing job done! I went to other metro stores and most of them so far I had not so pleasant experience But this store and people working are so helpful so friendly and very reasonable My phone was locked because the password on it which I never did assign , anyway this gentleman working here was so patient and helpful that he spent close to 30 min trying to find a way to help me find the password and Change my sim card to my new phone. This place is awesome Thank you for an amazing job you do!!

We all know how Metro PCS stores can vary widely in quality of customer service. This store is excellent. The woman who helped transfer my service from one phone I owned to another was extremely friendly and detail oriented. She explained minutiae of tech details I was not aware of before on my unlocked phone, and recommended apps which transcended some tech issues I was having previously with texting. There is ample parking in the back of this place, and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Extremely helpful, extremely friendly and professional, highly recommended.

This place SUCKS. Sometimes the guys there to fix your phone. Sometimes he’s not. He takes your money says there’s guarantee but doesn’t even give you a receipt when he’s done. Within a week my phone messed up and he started to come up with reasons why he “ wasn’t able” to cover my phone with his guarantee. So if you want you phone done right go somewhere else. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. BAD service. And overpriced. License to steal.
