Great service model and helpful. Came to refill air on tire. Immediately getting assistance, gave tips but staff refused and said his job to ensure we got the help needed. Rare business model this day. Clean and organized shop.

Definitely not the place to bring your business. My fiancé got a flat tire coming back from LAX and we had to frantically find a spot. As someone who used to work in the tire business I know how things are done. It was a completely repairable flat and instead they told her it was not repairable and then price gouged her on a single tire that was the “only one they had in stock”. They charged her $380 for a single tire, and totally took advantage of her. Once I got home I had the tire taken off to inspect it only to realize they didn’t even balance the tire. Don’t even come here in a crisis, and especially as a woman you will get totally railroaded by their sexist staff and slippery conduct will absolutely get the best of you.

I’m very late in posting this review but I had to post!
I had an amazing experience at Just Tires, thanks to Willy! He went above and beyond to help me. Willy was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
His friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I left feeling confident and appreciated the great service. If you’re looking for help at Just Tires, definitely ask for Willy!

This tire shop is truly unforgettable. How badly business is running here. unbelievable. I brought my old car, which had a flat tire that needed to be changed. So, I requested that the tire on the flat tire be replaced with my spare tire because rim did not fit. Since they can only repair with brand-new tires, the salesgirl declined. Even though I (the customer) am paying for it, they are unable to perform a basic repair. The salesperson obviously exploited the circumstance to attempt to sell me a tire, but there are a lot of other reasons as well. Being Hispanic and a citizen of this country, I find it abhorrent that business treats people in such a way since we support and allow these folks to enjoy their opulent lives. This is very depressing. What sort of Americans are we? How do they handle our visitors?

This place was great! I needed new tires and I called them up and they helped me find the right ones. They were patient and listened to what I was asking, even when I changed my mind a few times. Easily quoted me what the cost would be and arranged my appointment. Drop off and pickup was a breeze, I will definitely be going back here whenever I need tires. Thanks!

Thank you to Antonio and Willy at the Just Tires on E Foothill Blvd. I got a flat tire late in the day and had to wait for AAA to tow my car to their location. They closed at 7 and I wasn’t scheduled to arrive until exactly 7!! They were so kind and professional. It would have been so easy for Antonio to tell me they were closed, but they went above and beyond to make sure my tire was replaced and I could safely get back in the road.
