Karen is fantastic. She knows her trade inside-out, and is readily available...even on Sunday during church! Though, she probably would prefer I didn't advertise that. Too late. She can weave through intricate legal complaints and litigation in condo buildings, and get the job done. she knows the pitfalls and questions to ask prior to proceeding with any file, which saves everybody time and money.
