“I went to Pasadena Kitchens following a lackluster experience at a popular appliance showroom. Samantha was an ace from the get go. She looked at my spreadsheet, was able to give personal and customer feedback on all the models and brands I had listed. She ran through them all looking for lowest available prices, additional rebates, and suggested adding a piece to unlock another $1100 in rebates. I left her with some questions and she responded the following business day with answers and confirmed discounts from the owner. I went in that week, met Sarah the owner, she got everything input, printed out my rebate sheets, highlighted the various due dates and info needed all while seamlessly helping other customers with varied questions. I never felt like she forgot I was there, I just marveled at her ready knowledge and multi-tasking capabilities. Could not have been happier to cut a check (additional discount) to Pasadena Kitchens and recommended them to everyone in my Altadena rebuilder community.”

“Williams Sonoma Pasadena is a great little spot if you’re into cooking or home entertaining that feels like you’re on a movie set. . .. everything is beautifully laid out and really well curated — you’ll find high-end cookware, gadgets you didn’t know you needed, and some really nice gift ideas too.
The staff were super friendly and helpful— happy They also sometimes run in-store demos and classes, which is a nice touch if you’re into hands-on learning.
It’s located on South Lake Avenue, so it’s super convenient if you’re already shopping or eating nearby. Parking in the area can be a bit tight depending on the time of day but we walked.
Overall, it’s a quality store with a calm, premium feel. Worth stopping by if you’re in the area as it’s just so nice!”
