I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Nubia at this bank, and I must say, her exceptional customer service truly made my day. Nubia greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help, which immediately put me at ease. Not only was Nubia extremely efficient and knowledgeable in her role as a bank teller, but she also took the time to address all of my questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude made the entire banking experience a delight. Nubia's attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service did not go unnoticed. She went above and beyond to ensure that my transaction was handled smoothly and that I left the bank feeling satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this branch and seeking out Nubia for any of your banking needs. I’ve had accounts randomly go negative multiple times. The ladies that answer the phone act like the money is theirs, if they answer the phone at all. The credit union has also withdrawn funds without notifying me multiple times. Terrible customer service, judgmental NON electrician employees, no mobile deposit, outdated cards without chip or tap to pay, fast to take money slow to deposit, outdated website, the list goes on and on with this place. Bank elsewhere if possible.

Sorry to say but Local 11 should not be in the banking industry. Any time I move my money it’s a $10 fee, and got dinged for 2 $25 fees for not transferring my money from one account to another to get my money. Local 11 will never go on strike so put our money on our checks and close this place down.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CREDIT UNION. VERY RUDE STAFF. NEVER ANSWER PHONES. ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THIS PLACE IS ONLY A FRONT TO CIRCULATE AND TAKE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY HAVE NO INTENTIONS ON HELPING OUR UNION MEMBERS. HOPE SOMEDAY THIS PLACE IS INVESTIGATED AND CLOSED DOWN!

This place is the worst. Good luck getting your money out if you are out of state. Super long call times, no one has the same info and it is pretty much impossible for my husband to get HIS money transferred to our other account. Absolutely ridiculous that they would make is so difficult for him to have access to his own money.

You can never get through when you call and it’s the only way to get a hold of them, unless you feel like driving to Pasadena!

There is a 30% chance of having my call answered during business hours. This is unacceptable for a bank that is earning interest by borrowing our money. Answer the phone. You owe that to us.
