We went to this location for a scheduled appointment and followed the fasting instructions, only to find out they were closed. The notice told us to go to the Green Street branch, but when we arrived there, it was fully packed and our wait time is 3 hours.

I have had both kinds of experiences at this location but recently I tried to go for a walk in. The problem begins in that they have no front desk or screen telling you where you are in line. The techs come out only to call in the people but won’t help you know how long your wait is or where in line you are. All locations were full for appointments for the next three weeks it was a gong show. I never got seen. I do not recommend this location.

They finally called me 38 minutes after my appointment time. I was fasting. Had nothing to eat or drink for 16 hours. Never received a text when I was supposed to receive one while waiting in my car. I just happened to go inside and the tech calls me about 15 mins after I go inside. I said “Oh, I never received a text.” She says “No. We just call you if you’re waiting here.” No apology.
WOW. Good thing I decided to go inside. I have been using Lab Corp for 25 plus years. This was the absolute worst one I have been too. Unorganized, too many people waiting, not enough chairs. And the Indian man who greets you with a very stern look like he thinks you’re there to shoplift. Horrible experience.

Very convenient location inside the Walgreens at the corner of Lake and Del Mar. It is best to go online to check appointment availability as well as lab services. I was able to walk in in the morning without an appointment. I checked in using the convenient kiosk along the wall. Wait time was about 40 minutes. I was called into the office by the clinician. She administered my tests quickly and efficiently. The clinic area was clean and well organized. All paperwork was double checked before I left with a friendly goodbye. Disappointing that Labcorp is closed Saturday and Sunday.

The technician missed a time sensitive item on my lab order, have to visit again and I don’t know if I’ll have the result back to me before I need it..

This location is by far the best Labcorp I visited. I specifically chose it because I checked every single location reviews and this location had the highest and I see why. Yes, they had a very long appointment window but that is no fault of their own. And visiting here versus other Labcorp locations, I see why. The phlebotomist here are friendly and they don't poke you with the biggest gauge needle and most painful blood draw I've experienced such as other locations. They were friendly and it was basically pain free, like it should be.

I’ve tried getting my blood drawn here 4 times in one week. The first two times they were unexpectedly closed. The third time the phlebotomist waited 40 minutes to tell me she didn’t have an order from my doctor. The fourth time she told me she wasn’t taking anymore walk ins. I’ve literally wasted hours now trying to get a 2 minute blood draw.

Very good service! The lady who drew by blood was top notched and so pleasant. I hardly felt anything. I think her name is Denise. Norma was also pleasant. Way to go ladies!?

Wait was reasonable shorter then other places & you can shop while you wait lol. The staff are nice don't hurt you and your done in no time.
