I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.

I’ve been member for 6+yrsI’ve been tolerating consistent glitches in their app & atm system this whole time. In 6yrs they have not improved or fixed these glitches.I often use the lock & unlock feature on both Cc card & debit card. too many times to count I had to walk away from check out, unable to purchase at stores and cafes because either the unlock takes too long or doesn’t work at all.At least 5x just in past year, not being able to unlock debit card thru the app caused me to be unable to deposit cash or checks at Logix ATM. Each time was after banking hours so I’d have to leave and come back next day- I don’t live in a Pasadena so very inconvenient.Once I was traveling- I had called Logix a week earlier to inform them I was traveling to Penn for work. For flight back it was faster, cheaper and easy to hop on a $5 shuttle to airport which had to be paid in cash. I went to a 7-11 to take out cash but my card was disabled, suspected of theft, even though I had used same atm earlier that week. I could not reach anyone at Logix because outside of customer service hours. I had to call an Uber and spend almost $60 on ride to airport. Logix did not reimburse me for that expense.Today I tried calling Pasadena branch- but call goes to headquarters- apparently specific branches do not take calls?!?!I do banking for my parents because they are too old and don’t speak English, they have Chase. Even corporate bank like chase I can speak to specific locations. As of 7yrs ago before I switch to Logix , I had Bank of America , also there I can call specific location.Why has Logix set up phone system to NOT be able to reach branch location direct? Feels very wrong/shady/unnecessary red tape.I switched to Logix a credit union bank because I was told it’s better than a big corporate bank. Better service. I’m not feeling that at all.

Bank is awesome. And their Customer Service from ALL THE EMPLOYEES. Great vibe and always welcoming , whether phone or in person, they're very hospitable. One of there best attractions are their loan processes ; Very Easy and Quick. You will not get a better deal or value of your time and money then at LOGIX. Look em up more or give em a call, it's always a positive experience. R.A.

I used to love Logix, however standing in line with 10 other people while there are only 2 tellers working I find myself ver disappointed. Service has gone down, parking is crappy (the parking ticket machine is so badly places you to get out of your car to get the ticket before entering the lot). Doesn't make sense that a bank would not staff properly for a Friday.

Very good service. Their staff will follow up. Good rate for CD. They don't have lot of branches, so this is the disadvantage.

I have gone to the Pasadena branch to withdrawal from my savings account in the past and had no problem with the withdrawal on my own until yesterday. They claimed I could not touch my own money that I make and put in my own savings. They said I needed my parent but it was not the first time I had made a withdrawal since I turned 18. First time no problem. The second time I get a rude teller named Mari or something who denies me my money. Not for one second, is she polite so I asked for a manager. The manager comes and he was even worst than the teller. He came and told me I cannot make withdrawal from my savings account that has MY MONEY. He denied my withdrawal and said whoever let you withdraw the first time was wrong to do so. I said okay I plan on not banking with you guys after this. He said “that I should close my account” at logix and put a note on the account telling tellers and other operators that I am not allowed to withdraw my own money at 18 .

Great Interest Rate Dividends comparable to some of the online credit unions. If you put your money into one of their money market accounts, you'll make the best rates compared to their other accounts, without having to tie it up in a CD. What I Like: 1. Friendly employees 2. Good Interest Rates 3. Best phone customer service of any credit union or bank I've ever used. 4. Good digital banking 5. Everyone from the front door receptionist to those who open accounts, to tellers can help you with most transactions. 6. Their Platinum member accounts have a lot of nice benefits if you have the money to be at that level What I Don't Like: 1. Tiny Parking Lot, but so far never full, but it might just be because of the time I visit. 2. Money deposited in the bank is e-mailed for the receipt, so if the teller makes a mistake and you forget to check the e-mail, things can get screwed up. I had that happen with a $265,000.00 deposit. Fortunately, I learned my lesson from having something similar happen with a different credit union so I check and verify everything. 3. If you have different accounts connected to your name, such as a business, trust and/or personal - you'll need to pay extra attention. I had a $265,000.00 check coming out of one account to go into a different account via a Cashiers Check for papertrail purposes. The teller took it out of the account, had me sign the cashiers check which I took a photo of, and then instead of depositing it into the other account, the teller deposited it back into the same account. I didn't know until that day when I checked the e-mail receipt. Fortunately, Logix phone support saved me a trip back to the branch and was able to get hold of the original teller and have them reverse and correct their error. $265,000.00 is kind of a big error. This credit union has a very different "vibe" than any of the other credit unions or banks that I've used. It's a positive vibe and the employees are friendly and seem like they enjoy working there. It has more of a business vibe like a bank, but friendly like a Credit Union.

I love this branch. After a fraudulent experience, they assisted me with ease and understanding. Staff were welcoming and supportive. Been banking with Logix for 5 years and I’ll never go to commercial banks again.
