Maaaan, Screw this place! I went here the other day, about 13 minutes before they closed, and they wouldn't serve me! But guess what, they served the 3 girls that were in front of me there food. All I wanted was 5 tacos to take home and as I waited by the window because I was next up, I had to say something to get the guys attention. He looked down at me and said "No more orders, we're closed". I was Hot!!?

If Los California didn't only take cash, I'd have wiped out my wallet coming here everyday by this point. This truck is my go-to taco spot - friendly and quick service, delicious meats, and refreshing drinks. All of the meats are so tender and flavorful - but my favorites are Al pastor and cabeza. The tacos come with onion, cilantro, and your choice of mild or hot salsa (which I ask for both, on the side.) The taco truck is hidden in a paved nook off of Fair Oaks, but it shouldn't be difficult to find with Google Maps and there's typically plenty of street parking. Order your food to go or enjoy eating on the bar-style table tops to the side of the truck.

some of the best tacos in LA. only tried their carne asada but wow. 2 days later im still thinking about them lol. No where to sit and eat but everyone kinda eats on top of their cars which gives the spot a cool tailgate

Los Cali Tacos has been on my bookmarks for years! We wanted a quick dinner and this truck fit the billSUPER nice workers, easy parking on the street. $2.50 per taco, or you can get nachos ---cabeza taco: flavorful and moist and tender so good (they place salsa on for you and ask if you want mild or spicy)---chicharrone taco: not deep fried skins like you'd think, but still this was so good too, meat was rich ---carnitas taco: not as good as the other 2 NOTE: make sure you go to the right truck. There's another truck 2 blocks north that's not the same!

Every SoCal trip, it's a must that I stop at Los California Tacos in Pasadena. It's basically become tradition. The tacos are amazing and packed with well seasoned meat. I always get asada, cabeza, and al pastor with their red sauce which is spicier. They do have a milder option which is the green sauce. Adding onions and cilantro is a must as it compliments the taco. I tried the nachos for the first time with asada and it did not disappoint. I love that they used queso instead of shredded cheese. Nachos are just better that way but that's just me. The horchata is so good that I always have to have one every trip. Parking can be a bit challenging since it's on a busy street. On busy days, the lines can get very long but they work super efficient and quick. Once you order, the food is ready within 3 - 5 mins. They get pretty busy as it gets later in the night. I've gotten there at 7p and the line is not very long. There is an area to the side where you can eat. No seats but you can place your plates on a pub style table along the wall so you can enjoy your food. The food is so good that I'm zoned in and drown out everything else around me. It's a food truck so it's all outdoor eats. Cash only!I highly recommend if you're in the area!

When I lived in Pasadena, I came here at least once a week. Nowadays it's once a month. What a delightful taco truck that stays open late. The prices are fairly good. The staff are always super friendly to everyone and the tacos come out quick! It's street parking but there's always a spot. Also, cash only. Make sure you try all six kinds of tacos. There are no tables so most people eat on a small standing countertop next to the truck.Parking: Plenty of street parkingWheelchair accessibility: Good for wheelchair customers

Still a solid 10 on these tacos. This is a lunch truck, so you will eat standing it in your car. My usual order consist of 3-4 tacos. They can be Asada, Carnitas, or Pastor. My husband swears by the chicharrón, but I still haven't had the pleasure. The meat here is always clean, not fatty or greasy. Service is fast and to the point here. You order, you get your food and pay. I wish I could give you a tip on when is the best time to come, but it can be a hit or miss. I found the busiest evenings are those after there was an even at the Rose Bowl. Expect to wait a little extra on those days. I love that you find all kinds all people waiting to enjoy a simple, but amazing taco.

This is one of the best taco trucks in the San Gabriel valley if not Los Angeles County. Succulent specialty meats such as cabeza and chicharon make this a top shelf taco experience. Highly recommended. Don't worry they serve the more conventional cuts as well such as chicken and carne asada.

We were hungry late at night, and this is a famous taco truck opens until late in the area. We ordered carne asada and Al pastor tacos. Meat was juice and tendered. It was very flavorful. They are also very generous with the meat. I felt stuffed after my late night snack. Street parking is available. There will be a line if you come during prime time. Will stopped by again.
