My wife and I stopped by this Macy so she could return an item here. We were already in the area so that's why we came to this one. We parked on the roof of the parking structure since all the other parking spots in the garage were taken. So we entered through the top level and had to go down to the lower level to return the item. This Macy is very nice, I think it's the nicest Macy I been to just because of the way they decorate inside. You feel like you're in a high value store based alone on how they display their items. The staff are great here and will answers all your questions.

The staff were very helpful and Macy’s always has good bargains on children’s clothes. Parking is easy and this is a nice store.

If you're reading this review, it is not about Macy's department store. It's about the history of the building which was bullocks. Step inside the store and see the history of a great department store that was built around the middle '40s. Tapestries, murals, vintage furniture, a children's barber shop on the third floor. The interior is a history lesson all by itself. It is a must-see for anyone interested in architecture of Los Angeles.

The worst selection of low quality clothes, fashion backwards, over abundance of large women clothes. Difficult to find any sales personnel

The associate at the perfume counter was not very professional. First, I made the mistake of applying for the in-house credit card. If you already have a credit card with a good or even a decent credit score, pass on opening the card. Stick with what the bank issued to you. The extra discount you get when you open a credit card is not worth the ding on your credit score.
Secondly, during the application process, I informed the associate that she had typed my address incorrectly into the application prompt. She went back to fix it but still got the information incorrect. When I brought it to her attention, her comment was, "It doesn't matter. It will be okay." The address was submitted incorrectly and took me about 4 days to get it corrected. When you open a new credit card, it takes up to 72 hours for the consumer to make any changes such as home address, etc. Imagine, to her "It doesn't matter" that the bill / statement will not be delivered to the correct address. How does that work?
I can understand that people are under pressure to help customers and even open up credit card accounts. However, stating to a customer that inputting the correct address into a credit card application "doesn't matter" is misleading and only yields wasted time.
More customers need to remember the during and post experience.

On the main floor, Vivian in the ladies shoe department was very helpful, polite, kind and Blaze in the Ladies dresses also was very personable and professional. Anna at the COCO Channel perfume counter was also very nice and helpful.
Thank you for hiring and keeping wonderful employees at this location! I wish I could say the same about your Palm Springs store in general, found the ladies dress department buyer coukd use a little help from the Pasadena buyer.
My personal preference is all.
Thank you again…a very satisfied customer.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
