“Forever Active is not your typical contractor. Recently my father was hospitalized due to Alzheimer's related symptoms. His condition had deteriorated significantly and he now requires 24 hour support. To have him return home required multiple home modifications such as widening the doors, lowering the shower, adding lighting etc. I contacted Forever Active to assess the job and they were wonderful. Their crew walked me through everything I needed to do with the contractor's assistance plus modifications that I could perform on my own. When they started the work they were on time each day, clean and expeditious in getting the work done so that my father could return home as quickly as possible. The final product was not only user friendly it was beautiful, adding the the value and utility of my father's home. Laura Vasquez has been my Go To Person at the Gardena, CA. location. Laura has always returns my call with in a few hours, and is very helpful and considerate of my needs or request. She always has a positive and can -do attitude, and exhibits a true concern. I have been ordering Oxygen tanks on a weekly basis and She always makes sure I receive the delivery's on the date we discuss . As a follow up on each delivery morning, I recieve a call from Henry informing me of the estimated delivery time of day. I can't say enough about Laura, Henry, and the Gardena ,CA Team. Its comforting to know that my Oxygen needs wiil always be handled thoroughly and timely.”
