Today February 1st.I met Lorena at the store and explained what my phone was doing and was in need of a new one and she immediately took care of me helped me get what i needed what a customer service got today.Very good at her job and she was so nice.Thank u Lorena for taking care of me

Joseph who helped me out is a great guy and the staff always welcomes people in. Every time I have gone they are always busy, not just with customers in-person, but on the phone too, setting up phones. Just be patient you'll be helped and quickly too!

I have Metro Stores closer to my home, but I only visit the Pasadena Los Robles location. Why you ask? Because Lorena works there. She is unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. I have been in there several times with questions and concerns. She knows me, and really cares about all of her customers. Metro never loose this one she is irreplaceable ssevetimtimes

Anthony Cedillo is a ROCK STAR. I came in to get a phone for my mom and he was SO patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even helped me contact my previous provider to get my account # to switch to Metro. Service with a smile, very professional young man. He needs to be considered for management, in my opinion. Leadership potential for sure.

I used to use Visible, Verizon's low cost service, but switched to Metro because of the better deals on phones and tablets. The staff at this outlet did everything I needed quickly and efficiently.

Horrible experience for the third time not only did I wait there for over 30 minutes just to get back in line because he needed more information when I finally get in line Joe tells me that he can't sell me a cell phone because the promotion was not available but I would have paid for it wholesale so he lost commission because he wanted me to be cheap and go for the promotion instead of giving him more money I will never understand that status but this office specifically needs more assistance more employees and definitely more manners.

I've been with Metro a decade and a half starting with the service in South Florida and have went through over a dozen phones as well as stores due to my traveling employment.This particular store was the best I've been to due to Store Manager Lorena Ordaz.Above and beyond customer Service and Cool personable demeanor. Metro is fortunate to have her.
