I had my cracked screen replaced at Gadgetneeds, and the entire experience was fantastic. It was my first time needing a screen replacement, and they made the process a breeze. The team was professional, and they had my phone fixed within a few hours. Hopefully, I won't need another repair anytime soon, but if I do, Gadgetneeds will be my go-to!

Monday: I call and leave a message to ask if they can replace my cell phone battery. No response. Tuesday: I go in person. While talking with me, the guy takes a 5-minute call, then tells me he ordered while talking and he'll have the battery the next day. Wednesday: I show up again, and he says, I forgot to hit enter so didn't actually order the part, come back tomorrow. I drive to Prepaid Plus on Lake, and that guy gets on the phone and asks for $10 more and says that he owns all the repair shops in Pasadena. OK, you win.

Went there to replace a charging port as it wasn't charging. Turns out all it needed was a little cleaning. They did it for free and didn't try to do a repair I didn't need. Great place and I'll definitely be back if I need an actual repair.

Had a Google Pixel 6 phone who's screen went dead. Gadgetneeds told me what it would cost to fix with no pressure. They replaced the screen and had it back in my hands, working the same day. Price was quite reasonable and service was excellent. I'll definitely go there again if any of our other phones or tablets have issues.

Harry is always my family's go to phone fixer. He is fast, friendly and knowledgeable about phone issues. Today I went in to get my daughter's iPhone fixed because it was making a vibrating noise and Harry fixed it quickly.
