The two guys working here at close last night (Thursday) absolutely made my day! Came by on a whim all the way from Hollywood after a tough day, miraculously they had ONE Stitch blind box left! The person stocking the back shelf somehow remembered I’d been in weeks ago looking for them. Before I even said anything, he ran to the front desk and told them to get the Stitch for me! He even told me to get my membership bday gift, which I didn’t know about either. This might be the most thoughtful customer service retail experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!!!

My least favorite location. The customer service is horrible. I’ve been here numerous times and each time, I regret it as there has never been an improvement. I was there a few days ago with my elderly mother and she was having a difficult time finding a specific character my niece wanted. She asked for help and the woman didn’t even look her in the eyes and just pointed to the back. “It’s back there.” Didn’t even offer to walk her over and help her out. Had to ask another person in the back and she just pointed to the front. Lazy, inconsiderate staff that need to take a course on basic retail customer service. This location is also very narrow, and it’s impossible to go down the aisles with a small butterfly stroller. Never returning to this location.

I had a really disappointing experience at Miniso Pasadena. I went in looking for a specific blind box and asked the employee if they had any. She didn’t even bother to look at me and just said “no.” When I followed up and asked if they had run out, she barely responded with a dismissive “yeah.” The customer service felt cold and unwelcoming. It honestly made me not want to shop there again. There’s actually a picture of her down below! That was the exact lady that was rude to me! Management needs to do something about that…I’ve never had someone be so rude and dismissive to me a store before and I kindly asked for her help.

Disappointing checkout experience at Minos Pasadena on March 15, 2025 around 6pm. After patiently waiting in line for my turn, the cashier rudely told me to go back to the end of the line. When I explained that I had already been waiting, both he and his colleague exchanged mocking looks and made faces at each other, clearly disrespecting me. This type of customer service is unacceptable and completely ruined what would have otherwise been a decent visit. I expect better treatment when I'm spending my money at an establishment. I would suggest other customers think twice before spending their money here.

Disappointing & Traumatizing Experience at Pasadena Location – No Response from Company
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but my recent visit to the Pasadena location on 2/12/2025 at 2 PM was beyond disappointing. My 11-year-old son, a huge fan of this store, and I were left stunned by an employee’s rude and aggressive behavior.
After waiting at an unattended checkout counter, I politely tried to get a nearby employee’s attention. Despite multiple attempts, he completely ignored us. Thinking he may not have heard me, I lightly tapped him on the back, and he reacted aggressively, saying, “Don’t touch me.” Shocked, I asked for a manager—only to be told he was the manager. When I asked for his name to report the incident, he refused, threatened to call the police, and ultimately told us to leave. My son was visibly shaken and begged to leave, completely traumatized by the hostility.
To make matters worse, I reported the incident to the company, and they never responded. The lack of acknowledgment is extremely disappointing, and it shows a complete disregard for customer concerns. This was an awful experience that left a lasting emotional impact on my child. I hope the company takes this seriously, but based on their silence, I have my doubts.

Character items were sold, mainly Sanrio items. Japanese heroine makeup mascara and eyeliner were on sale, so I'm thinking of buying some when I run out.

Christine, a black women is very rude. My kids were being kids, of course and she rolls her eyes and did an exasperated sigh. Very unprofessional, if y’all wanna work at customer service y’all are gonna have to deal with children. Get another job if u don’t like it, it was my mom & I and my children’s first time here too, never again.

So preface, I shop here whenever I get the chance too which is rare but I always find something cute, themed and unique to purchase. I’m a rewards member as well which helps as the purchases add up. I adore this store, there’s always a cute character themed section, plushes, car items, la Crème shop makeup and skin-care, cups/tumblers and stationary as well as Asian snacks. Well, today I went in with a friend, I did a color swatch of the crème shop on my hand with the labeled testers and chose a lip gloss, the last one in the stand. I then asked the attending lady if they had gua sha or the jade/rose quartz face rollers because I always see them in the skin care aisle. She didn’t bother looking or checking the aisle, or the back where a male attendant was unpacking and stocking the aisles. I found some cute cinnamoroll items, dropped them on my basket and proceeded to checkout, she scanned my items, I checked and followed the list on the screen, then paid and walked out, had a funny feeling I was missing something and sure enough it was my lip gloss which I had paid for, I told the lady and she said “oh you didn’t pay for it”, so o was like oh ok I’ll pay for it, , paid and walked out but checked my recipe )which I had to ask for because she was about to toss it on the trash, double checked my receipt and !! She had already charged me so I went back inside and told her her mistake. She reluctantly said she’d refund the money so I waited.

Walked in here because it looked so cute from the outside and it did not disappoint. There were so many different items to buy. They had such cute Japanese inspired items including plushies, bags, keychains, water bottles, and lots more. I bought a lot of different things for my nieces and they loved it. Everything was reasonably priced and the service was great.

Found a good phone holder for the car, and Sales rep Andrew was great! But someone needs to turn the A/C back on in this place - it's a hundred degrees out, so hard on workers as well as customers!

I was getting a headphone today. But it was 14 something and I was giving them $15 and didn't have any change at all in their box. What kind of store it is they don't have any change. Android doesn't have apple pay. Please don't go there. I don't recommend you that place. The place was very hot and didn't have an air conditioner
